man ferny I can see running a stable of horses or charging something for the vid, but to just put this out there for even regs to pick up some spots is gross imo. I mean how can this be +ev? You can justify training ppl cause at least ur making $ but this is absurd.

This forum (and the people I have met since I started posting here), have improved my game a bunch and have helped turn me from a fish into a winning player. Breck and Bryan; you guys are included in that category.
Everyone wants the door to be shut behind them; I completely understand that. I can see where you guys are coming from because it's an attitude I held myself for quite some time. It's just a difference of opinion or philosophy I guess and whilst you guys may not agree with it, I wanted to give something back to the community as a sign of thanks for the help I have received.
Was it +ev for me? Or any other well-established regs? No, probably not. However, I do also think you are over-estimating the -ev of this video.
This is a video of me single-tabling a $2/180. The vast majority of my commentary was a discussion of some 180-man FAQs that are posted ad nauseam on this forum (such as attainable ROI, number of buy-ins needed, etc). I tried to cover the basics and I don't think I revealed anything too ground-breaking strategy-wise. What was covered here was basically the tip of the ice-berg.
In the end, success in 180's (or in any other form of poker), is up to the individual player. It comes down to putting in the volume and reviewing your play. It comes down to those grueling hours spent in SNGwiz and Pokerstove, identifying your leaks and finding ways to improve them. It comes down to discipline - to practicing sound BRM and exercising good emotional control.
I don't believe that this is a video that will "kill the games" or vastly improve anyone's ROI. It might help point some people in the right direction, but in the end, any significant improvement is going to be up to them.
