    Check call on the river. He don't raise there only with better.. And he give you 3 ways call, 90% he have a K there.

    Been this guy a random and the board texture thing your sizing its a bit too much, after he called my flop cbet im check/calling turn and check/folding river, not many randoms calls a flop cbet and fire a turn and river bet with worst, especially if he´s passive.

    Check turn indeed. As you called him yourself, an 'Random' - Which means he can have an 7 or the K, probably the last, but then again, he can have both.. As he's a random.. hehe!
