$2.50 180 FT fold or call

Villain has been shoving a lot on the FT, his range... 22+ without QQ+ , Ax, any two broadway cards, maybe some connectors 9T + ... And also if he was paying attention I was caught trying to steel the blinds couple of hands earlier, r/f after I was shoved at so that might have widen his range more.

My thinking is except AK that has me crushed I am either dominating him or fliping for it.
If I win this hand I have him crippled and with a great chance for winning this one.
Also goes trough my mind " go for the first, settle for third"
Mouse is hovering over call button.

Fold or Call?

And yeah, min raise was a misklick, was going for 2,5BB

I don't see anything wrong with the minraise on the btn and I'd snap call this 3 handed. Using the range that you gave gives you around 60% equity.

Can't imagine folding this against even a semi decent player. If he is so tight to make this a fold you have a easy game anyway..

Btw: playing for the win 3-handed is the way to go unless there are some extreme circumstances.

SNAPCALL, we dont have to think of ICM since the stack (SB) has almost same amount of chips as you.

3 Handed AQ is a monster, and im never folding ( unless ICM )

ye snapcall, ATo prolly as well readless.
since you have reads that he jams alot you should not have a wide r/f range here. rather openjam stuff like A2o/KTs and r/f 85o or something.

NH. Actually you can call with 55+, ATo+, A8s+, KQo, KTs+, QTs+, JTs+ which is like 12-13% range and is what you need to make the call profitable against the villain's range you assigned. AQo is at the bottom of the top 5%, so nobrainer call

Open jaming prolly would have been better solution , he had 7's, they held.

Re: $2.50 180 FT fold or call

I only considered it for 2-3 secs, as long as it took me to go trough his range. And the main reason for thinking about folding was that I felt that I have a big enough edge against both of this guys in post flop play, but realized that I'm not going to get many chances for post flop play.

I don't really play 180's, that was the first one that I played in months.

Don't worry about the other short stack (is that why you are wondering??). With your reads, this is a very happy call!
