Also not sure if flatting is an option here vs 2 players and with a chance someone in the blinds will squeeze and then we have a pretty decision... call the squeeze if the utg and utg+1 fold and fold if either of them does anything other than fold.

I guess I would fold knowing that this guy is a top reg. He knows he probably will have to show his hand/play out of position against other big stacks. So his range should be very tight here, I can't imagine him opening with less than 77 many times here.
Like galatrixo said Im not sure if flatting is an option here...

Pretty nice spot, realllly should'nt be flatting here but I do kinda wanna multi-way, really depends on openers stats, cant remember how neady runs, theres some regs id snap shuv here and some id snap fold.
