UTG is profitable reg from what i saw on sharkscope, i'm new at the field.
BB looks a little bit passive, but not a fish.
what are we doing? what is the buttom range for calling/shoving?

    Something like 88+, AJs+, AQo+ for me. He's doing this into 7 players so he shouldn't really have junk.

    Borderline.... It depends on stats imo...

    I think he is capped and would leave QQ+ out of his range, because i think most players would induce with the strongest part of their range .. maybe also AK
    Giving him a range of 22-JJ A8o+ A5s+ suited broadways and KQo .. gives you 51,32 % and with the 4000 chips on the table i would take it.... But as the buttom of my calling range....
    Put QQ+ in there and youre 50/50...

    I think lektors range is fine - but you can go a bit tighter or wider depending on villians stats..and your reads obv.
