Why do you call with JJ? It's going to suck if flop brings any card higher than J. It's a clear shove imo, with these stacks you shouldn't be calling any hands really except sometimes AA and KK perhaps, but mostly shove those too.

2nd hand you could consider shoving this hand preflop, but I'd not cbet the flop because 2 players called and it's likely they have something on this flop that they aren't willing to let go of at least to one barrel.

Shove both, I'd actually rather limp Hand 2 then raise fwiw.
Hand 1 def shove pre. If he is too tight, then fold (unlikely).

As played shoving flop is fine, "flop shove is pretty bad since i dont beat anything." that isn't true although I know what you mean. You not beating anything might be true (or not, it's not my point) but if you don't beat anything it doesn't necessarily mean shoving isn't the correct play.
