I'm 4x-ing pre, betting bigger on flop and folding river. Hard in game though...

4x pre, flop seems fine, river is a sigh fold, with this sizing on such a board it is rarely a bluff from a random (unless he's super crazy and plays almost ATC)

Sizing is fine, you can make it more (such as 4x) too.
I would bet/call the turn. It's a really clear value bet, think about how few flush and set combos he has compared to how many worse hands, like Ax etc that will call a bet happily.

turn is fine, fold river to that sizing
with deeper stacks def bet the turn

edit: ok we have the Ad, didnt see that the first time. he should not have alot of flushes with two high flush cards on the board. so b/c with the strong redraw + 4 FH outs. river is still a pretty clear fold vs this sizing.
