As others say, fold pre against this open from the LJ.

As played the c-bet is fine on the flop. I would call turn definitely because he's going to perceive that flop as pretty dry and float your 47% bet with a really wide range to see if he can take it down on the turn. If you're folding second pair top kicker what are you check/calling here? Check/fold river though.

as played fold turn due to his sizing

i would probably fire a 2nd barrel on turn actually 1/3 of a pot as a bluff , i dont think we have enough SD value to call 2 barrels if he bets even smaller...

key to this hand is preflop, just fold it in this phase of tournament. when u 3b with this marginal hand OOP usually it will get u in these akward situations when u re not sure where your hand stands vs his range... if we're on BTN for example 3b could be much better move but still i would avoid it on 15/30
