180 near bubble correct shove ? 180 near bubble correct shove ?

Near the bubble 30/180 .
Is this a shove in this spot or should I just fold and min cash & let the blinds eat me up.
My image is fairly tight , is villain correct to call considering its a large chunk of his stack and he must know I'm pushing with a fairly tight range considering the bubble factor . Thanks

I don't think that the money bubble would make nearly enough of a difference here for me to fold 99 in this spot.

If I was Villain I wouldn't shove over here with two bigger stacks still to act either.

    standard shove

AJs seems like a pretty easy isolation.

yah u only got a little over 5bb, shove is the only play.

I'm guessing we're getting in pretty wide here regardless if bubble or not.
something like 22+,Any A, Any K, Any Qs, Q6o+,J7o+,T6s,T8o,97s does this look ok to ppl?

Isolation play by villain is fine.

Ha, I must be way too weak/tight to want to fold AJo in this spot then!

I'm a bit tighter something like

    22+, A2s+, A3o+, K5s+, K9o+, Q8s+, QTo+, J8s+, JTo+, T8s+, 98s+, 87s
Don't fear the bubble with 5bb left we play to win!

hero and V both played it well imo

Yes. This is the correct play. Folding 99 utg with your stack size would be a bad play. You just lost a flip, better luck next time.

Ya this is super standard by both hero and villain; UL result.

Don't be afraid to bubble a 180 in a spot like this either; you need to find ways to build a stack and play FTW, and your ability to maneuver when so short is limited. Esp with the lame new structure where every payout outside of the Top 3 has been diluted, there's even less to be gained from a passive approach.

    Easily go all in here
