I hope you play the same with A3s.

Totally standard. In that spot I'd shove with 22+, A2s+, A8o, T9s+, KJo+, QJo. Just got unlucky, he easily could have called you with a worse hand.

I'm not an ICM wiz, but in this spot, you're already itm, and there's no super short stack, so basically it's just knowing your shoving and calling ranges.
