    3b bigger pre.

Get it in, move on. QQ @ 300/600 you felt if you masstable. It's not fancy by any means and it gains +cEV and pretty solid +$EV overall.

Yeah I would probably make the 3-bet all-in rather than smaller when the effective stack is 18.8. When even he doesn't make the 4 bet all in it's suspicious but I don't see myself getting away from this with 5-1 odds pre-flop in a $1.50 game. Actually, I'm surprised he jammed the flop when it's hard for us to have anything and we likely have no outs against him with any hand we would check behind. He should have checked to us and got money from more of our hands that way.

I would have made the 3Bet bigger and 5Bet jam.

Don't understand why you would like to play this hand with a 10K pot with both of you less than 9K left. He might push his (ex AJ) hand only if he hits top pair? Let him put it in pre, and you'll be good in the long run.

After all, why did you make your 3bet so small? To get his money in, right? Well, you should go ahead and think the same after the 4Bet then, en not just give him a change to outflop you with a worse hand imo
