43s is way too loose here i think. your shoving into 2 bigger stacks (who can call you looser) and there is a 2bb stack about to bust.

Why are you playing to win rather than just to make as much money as you can?

easy fold, because the bigstack he would call you with any 2 cards and i think 4-3 is -EV here. wait for a better hand and shove.
