V is playing 28/8, however I have only 25 hands on him, so I was just assuming he is not open raising wide from EP,.rather sth like 88+, A9s+, KTs+, QTs+, ATo+, KQo.



99 just doesn't seem like a hand to fold to an open.

Flop is a mystery to me. He shouldn't shove on a semi-wet (possible straight draws?) TT+. He shouldn't shove draws either, especially on a rainbow draw. Does he do that with overcards as a bluff? Looks super-bluffy to me, but maybe he does it with QQ+ as well?

Since I had still a healthy stakck to play with I decided to give up this marginal spot.

What do you think? What do you call here with?

I would not be baffled if he shows AK here as often as TT. The problem is that our 99 blocks his range of 99. He would play 88 different and w JJ or better I wouldn't be that afraid of overcards and just bet.

It's an odd play. calling here and losing is totally okay.

if i call pre, i call on this structure, he might show up with something ridic from other galaxy quite frequently.

i would also consider folding this preflop to a 3x raise utg. if the guys stats are 40/2 for example I defo fold

Not entirely sure on the structure of this tournament. It says it's a 45? Seems weird with those stacks. I think the structure can really have an impact on this decision.
