what an annoying UTG raise had he been raising like that often?
It's close but i think i'd fold most the time, but i would be shoving 99 so it is close, not even liking it with 99 but can see myself calling.

previous hand, UTG was involved in a flip coin. he lost and i thought he probably was on tilt.
but basically i think was close though...

Well if hes wider than i thought yeah reshove, got a pretty decent hand that he can never fold to since he raised that large. Although id never be looking to fold if i raise in these tourneys utg with 16bb.
