Just did a Gilneas and the Alliance team had a Resto Druid with 6.3M healing done.

We got in to a 3v1 against him and couldn't kill him before backup arrived.

Well, I got two guys to join my guild today.

In the time it took me to get the second one, guild went from 38% to 65%.

I wont be much help for another week+ until 85 but I am more than willing to join.

you silly tw@t, the whole point is to join and level! With guild xp gains normalized, every quest you turn in contributes equally!

^ Yep. I very conveniently had my DK at 82 when the patch hit, which is the level where the xp cuts took place (to 85). Powered through it in no time.

man, that probly wont help much. I remember doing the same thing for cata launch and the xp from lk dailies was nerfed into the ground

Even if they cut it in half, it's still almost 10% of the first level right when I log in. Considering it'll take maybe 5 minutes to turn everything in, and it will get me out of the first zone and away from the crowds a little bit faster (more than 5 minutes faster), it's still worth it.

My goal is to get to 90 as fast as I can. Part of doing that is getting out of the first zone as fast as possible to get away from the crowds. It has nothing to do with what I think of questing or the zones themselves.

Let's take a trip down memory lane, it's been almost a year.

I might have ultimately been wrong about Souldrinker, I don't know I never really looked at it that closely since I think our warrior tank was using the heroic Morchok weapon for basically all of our progression. But it gave me a pretty good laugh to go back to that thread and read all the crap he said. It also made me go check out their forums, and I never got banned or anything, AND those posts are still up. I can't remember when I stopped checking that thread for a response, but I definitely expected it all to get deleted.

I would have loved to get a Souldrinker at some point but I only ever ran LFR 3 or 4 times on my Plate wearers and it never even dropped. It's a great "flavor" weapon, kind of a fun proc compared to just stacking stats and going for absolutely maximum survivability. But I can say that because I'm not a progression tank I'm really happy to have had Rathrak this whole Tier.

I'm enjoying the Hunter a lot. Finally got him to 20 but I just logged after I couldn't find the riding trainer in Undercity. Ran around for a good 10 minutes looking for one and the guards didn't seem to know where one was either. I was too lazy to look it up online. I'm going to be disappointed if I have to go over to Org just to learn how to use a ground mount.

I'm also cheap enough to use the Leather AGI BoA helm on my hunter instead of buying the Mail one. He's also got cloth gloves on right now (though they do give Stamina and Agility). I'm thinking that the extra 10% Agility or whatever the all Leather Armor bonus gives won't compare to the extra 10% xp from the helm.

I'm also 90% sure that I've bought 2 of the JP Mail AGI pieces before. I have no idea what happened to the original. I've started leveling like 5 Shaman but never got one past 10. I'm guessing it's somewhere on my original server.

and while you certainly can use the riding trainer in Org (I always get every alt an Org tabard ASAP so their rep is exalted by the time they need 280% flight, thus saving like 500g), you don't have to.

I can't remember if you pre-ordered D3 or not, or did the year deal or wtf ever it was. I kinda liked never having to worry about buying a mount. But aside from Orcs, all the other racial mounts are in the sort of first quasi-main city, like Sen'jin for trolls, bloodhoof for cows, and that little pavilion outside smc for belves (org for goblins, ldo).

If I purchased the digital edition of MoP am I supposed to be able to download it yet or do I have to wait until midnight for that?

MoP pre installs itself if you are currently playing Cata. If you have nothing installed then just run the installer and you will get the MoP files with it.
