The healers were in our healing channel trying to figure out what was going and and what we were going to do, while the RL was still yelling at us about how healers weren't generating enough stacks in the spirit realm (He wasn't picking up from when he wasn't down himself). That was pretty much how the rest of the night went, pull, wipe due to not being able to keep up with voodoos, people going oom, etc. RL yelling about how the healers aren't doing their jobs and are terrible. This was followed by an hour long "meeting" in mumble with the healers, the RL, and the healing leader (who was DPS for that fight), basically saying that all the healers don't put as much effort in as the rest of the guild, that we're terrible and holding the guilds progression back. As I'm listening to the RL during the meeting in mumble, he's in guild chat yelling at people for selling Sha Crystals on the AH and that people aren't donating enough to the guild bank.
To me, I mean, I enjoy raiding. If I **** up, I don't mind getting yelled at or constructive criticism. I wasn't going to stay there to be yelled at (with pretty much no other feedback then, you guys are bad, go figure out wtf you're supposed to be doing, kthxbye), as well as the serious mindset even in guild chat. Pretty much if someone tried to joke around it was generally met by a "stfu" or it got all serious (even outside of raid time). I play to have fun, not be stressed out for 4 hours to the point where I feel like I don't even want to raid again.
This was on top of the fact that when I applied, the guild spam said that they were 4 days per week, and that one of those days was old content stuff, obviously for progression have all 4 be progression is fine, but... when I joined, it turned out it was actually mandatory 5 days per week, instead. Also, upon joining, I was told that I would be required to have two raid ready alts by the beginning of November (I've only got one toon to level 90, let alone 3 raid ready level 90's). Both of these pieces of info weren't available to me until after I was accepted to their guild and had transferred over.
