It's too bad the Gilneas call to arms was in the middle of the week. I only ended up being able to queue twice, and we lost miserably both times. I would have much rather seen that one on a weekend where there's more free time.

Started raiding wit new guild finally this week , we are skipping the rest of MV and working on just HOF now (not fan of this as i want to kill elegon lol) . But at least im back to actually getting a boss kill every once in a while . I was a trial and wasnt in with the 1st group of pulls in HOF , but once i was finally given the oppurtunity I was able to be 2nd on the meters the whole time and we killed the 1st boss in HOF (my first kill of him thats not LFR lol). We went on to get the "frogger" boss down to 10% a couple times but are losing too much dps during the 2nd "frogger" phase and hitting the enrage .

Overall though Im really happy I finally made the switch and joined this new guild , alot of laid back fun people that seem to treat everyone equally so far ! Hope this continues and we can keep killing bosses .

Also getting really into liking the PVP side of wow , just seems so much more indept and exciting and reactionary . Also seems like the skill ceiling is much higher and that makes for a more enjoyable experience imo . So think I will be doing a lot more pvp in the coming weeks !

Talking to someone from Gag Reflex (top 10-man US) right now, he's going more casual and thinking about starting up a group. The times he's thinking are absolutely perfect for me, I just have to convince him to not do Tuesdays and it will be perfect once we find more people. Crossing my fingers that this works out, I miss raiding but don't want to have to drop down significantly in skill just to raid. I also applied to Demise, their times are pretty good too, but I would have to miss 2 and a half hours of raiding every week for my bowling league, which I don't really want to quit now, and just that right there would bring my attendance down to 85% going by the hours. That's already pretty low, and if you add in any random days I might have to miss, I wouldn't be surprised at all if they don't want me.

Also, I'm gonna test out some streaming in a little bit now that I have a computer that can actually handle it (hopefully my internet cooperates), I figure if I find a decent guild in the future some people might be interested in watching sometimes. Link if anyone is interested, gonna do some LFRs.

CPU temp is getting really high, I should probably put another fan or 2 in, and also figure how to actually get the heatsink that I bought put in. It doesn't seem to fit right with the motherboard, not sure if I need a different one or if I'm just doing it wrong.

Quality seems fine though, so if I can get the heat figured out I can definitely do this

What cpu socket do you have? Heatsinks will tell you which ones they are compatible with.

1155. I got it in, I was just doing it wrong before apparently. Not entirely sure what I was doing before, but it went in perfectly fine this time.

I saw Galleon for the first time today. That was a fun experience.

I was about to log off when I ported back to the Vale. People were talking about him in Trade, which led to people asking for invites etc. No one actually said "LFM Galleon" though, so I was skeptical. I Hearthed to the ranch and flew over to his spot and to my surprise, there he was, at half health and surrounded by Horde.

I have not idea what the fight mechanics are, since there's never been a reason to. I saw some Alliance hanging out by the cliff to the K Wilds so I joined them as we sat and watched for a bit. I put on my PvP gear and started trying to pick off a few Horde at the back of the battle. I don't know if Galleon killed most of them or what, but pretty soon most of the Horde are dead and adds are chasing me all over the place, then I get punted halfway to the Silken fields and die on impact. I run back to my corpse and rez, but unfortunately, no Galleon. But nay! He respawns right on top of a bunch of Alliance that are using all kinds of AoE and we get the tag. I see someone asking for an invite, and whisper them asking for an invite if they get one. I get an invite to the raid and we kill him without a hiccup.

One of the highlights from leveling my Shaman last night: We're in Stormwind Stockades and our tank is a Brewmaster with several BoA's. He still manages to take a lot of damage though. We're in the last wing and clearing out mobs before we take on Hogger. I'm chatting with nofear, and the Monk pulls a whole room and is dead before I can finish typing out my whisper. Then our Warlock proceeds to tank the entire room while only needing a couple Riptides and maybe a Healing Wave.

0-22 in Sha-Touched weapon rolls (Tsulong and Lei Shi) and I'm starting to get irritated. If it weren't for the PvP weapon I'd still be using the 463 from Scholomance.

~15 rolls on Elegon, 6 rolls on Protectors, and 4 rolls on Amber Shaper.

Well apparently I do need a headset now..something happened to my old one in the 4 weeks that it hasn't been used at all..basically, all the sound for the left ear comes into both sides equally and at the proper volume, and all the sound for the right ear comes in both sides equally but extremely soft. I assume it's probably some sort of setting somewhere that needs to be fixed, but I tried it on my laptop too and the same thing was happening. So I don't know..

Ugh..ordered a G35 on Amazon last night, got next day shipping on it because it wasn't that much more, and I really could use it this weekend because I have a mumble interview with Demise. Apparently I put my zip code in wrong though, so it's now delayed until Monday....

2 things really piss me off about this:
1) They noticed AND FIXED the problem at 6:19am today.

That is exactly what it said when I checked it at 6:30am, so it's not like they spent all day fixing it..it was fixed this morning. It says it went out for delivery at 6:01am, and the place it came from is about an hour away from me. So it's not like they got to my package, tried to deliver it, but couldn't. They realized it before they got up in this area, fixed it, but then I guess they just said "**** it".

2) If I got 2-day shipping, which would have been scheduled to arrive Monday, I bet it still would have gotten here Monday even with the wrong zip code. I know it's not their fault that I put the zip code in wrong, but that kind of really sucks that I paid extra for nothing.

I don't think I can even just go pick it up, because it says you have to schedule will call before it goes out for it's first delivery attempt, and it's been out once now..

I was running through one of the Scarlet Monastary dungeons on my Shaman last night, and I have to relay some loot drama. Shaman Healer, Warrior Tank, Paladin/Druid/Warlock DPS comp.

The first boss drops some mail Agility pants. Both the Warrior and Paladin need on the pants, and the Warrior wins them. The Paladin says "Dude why u need you have way better." It's true, the Warrior is wearing BoA tanking pants. The Paladin at least has Strength pants on, they're blue and look like they're probably a dungeon drop, I don't remember if they were significantly lower ilvl. Who knows if the Paladin is even aware that he should prefer Strength to Agility? Most of the rest of his gear is BoA. The Warrior doesn't say anything and we proceed to keep pulling.

The next boss drops a leather Agility belt. The Warrior, Paladin, and Druid all need on it. Fortunately, the Druid wins it. I say, "lol the Druid won it" and the Druid puts a smiley face or something in chat. Then we get a "**** all you guys" from the Paladin in chat. I go ahead and let the Paladin die on the trash leading up to the boss. We kill the boss without any problems, and the boss drops a leather Agility chestpiece and an INT Staff. The Druid needs on the chestpiece and the Warlock needs on the Staff. The Paladin wins both items. There's an awkward silence, and no one seems interested in rezzing the Paladin so he drops group. The Warlock says something in Portuguese and we all get a good laugh at the situation.

Well, the person that we thought was going to be our second tank decided that he wasn't going to raid anymore. This was shortly followed by the 2nd healer deciding he was going to go elsewhere, because he hates monk healing and didn't want to do it. So, we were pretty much short on players to even raid, so the guild essentially is just a casual lvling guild now.

Transfer servers, still idiots that put stacks of green gems up on the AH for 20g or less. Such an easy way to make money and/or gems you/your guild needs.
