Damn, new race AND a new class. I didn't think Blizzard had it in them.

I guess the Pandas are gonna be usable by both factions? Otherwise we wouldn't hear the end of it from the faction that didn't get pandas

Yeah, I wonder how that is gonna work. Alliance gets good pandas and Horde gets bad pandas? I wanna be a bad panda.

Monk is going to be another super-hybrid class.

Brewmaster is their tanking spec tree.

And few can hope to out-last the unquenchable prowess of the Monk Brewmaster, whose empowering beverages and unpredictable combat style allow them to absorb incredible amounts of punishment.
I never could get a druid past 25. Paladin was pretty awesome but just couldn't get through Outland. Leveled two priests on two different servers in to the mid 30's. Maybe this will finally be the class I can get to max level and *gasp* heal.

Do we know if they start at level 1?

I guess I won't level my tenth 80 using RAF then, unless they plan on allowing 11 toons per account.

Aceium, if you want more toons, you should def consider multiboxing RAF. It's like 30-40 hours played to get a toon all the way from 1-80, plus you get 40 levels to grant another toon.

Outland still sucks, but you can basically just go from Hellfire->Nagrand->Northrend.

This sounds awesome.

Wanderlust

It is the rare pandaren indeed who sought a way beyond the mist. Generations ago, pandaren explorers began to gather on the back of a giant turtle: Shen-zin Su. The great sea turtle roamed Azeroth's oceans, perhaps the only contact pandaren had with the outside world. Eventually, they too lost contact with their mist-shrouded homeland.

Players who choose to create a pandaren character will start their journey on the back of Shen-zin Su. When the great turtle is threatened, and their whole wandering homeland is in jeopardy of being swallowed by the sea, players will have to accelerate their training and spring into action.

During their time on the turtle, players will first encounter the Alliance and Horde. Before they are finished, they'll have to make the most important decision of their lives: Which of the two factions will they support as they venture out to heal a world broken by the Cataclysm and threatened by a global war?
I have always been an altoholic. I may someday ding another toon to max level, but I have enough to keep me occupied at the moment. I'm just always wishing I had the time to level toons. So many seem like they'd be fun to play at max level, but usually I realize that even when I get them to max level, that's the start of a long, expensive journey to get them to "playable in current content" status. My Warrior isn't really there yet and the DK is getting close.

I don't understand the hate for reusing old raid content. Granted, I started playing in Wrath so when they redid Onyxia, I had never seen her before. Same goes for Ragnaros, Nefarian, etc.

And for the Nef and Rag, they completely redid the fights. Would people still hvae been super whiny if you had the exact same Nefarian/Ony fight in BWD but Blizzard just named the dragons differently? Deadmines I didn't much care for but that's mostly because the camera sucks in such an enclosed place - and the harvester fight was an absolute pain in the ass for pugs.

Honestly looks terrible, a pokemon battle theme with pets? Neutral panda race usable by both factions? Looks like a joke.

I really gotta wonder what Blizz's strategy here is, pretty much every other xpac they've released it was like 99% of people liek "OMG OMG WANT WANT WANT" whereas I'm seeing almost universal mocking or dislike for this new one.

Is it an attempt to steer WoW to be their "kiddy" MMORPG because Titan will be more adult themed and they know people probably won't play both? Is it an attempt to appeal more to the far east markets which are much more fertile for growth?

Surely they do focus groups and market research and had to know the initial reaction would be WTF.

I personally think they wanna make WoW their kid and noob friendly MMO game and Titan will be the more hardcore one for adults. People really only tend to play one subscription based game at a time so it makes sense.
