has anyone else ever had this happen? I won a seat to the 100k less then an hour ago....It says take my seat however the table will not pop up and I do not see myself in the players list .... I have closed the program and reloaded it and still will not work. When I click on "my tournaments" it shows that I am in it but I can not play. Wp lock WP

There was an issue with the tournament last night and a few players who had coupons for the event were unable to play.

Support were issuing refunds to those players, if you were affected and this hasn't happened for you yet please email me.

Yesterday i won a seat to 100k. The100k had been on for a little bit but registration was still open. When i tried to register it only gave me the option to use my cash. I check the cashier and it shows i have ticket. When i went to my tournaments it showed the ticket. I clicked on it and it brought me to the 100k where it would only let me use cash again??

Why are you guys still playing on Lock? Do you not read all the issues people are having? Even if you win you'll never get your money. Why waste your time? Go play on Bovada, it's much better than Lock.

Yeah just a waste of time. Move on. It's 1995 software so what do you honestly expect? Being allowed to buy into a tournament that you earned and then cashing out before a 6 month time frame? Come on dude, that is impossible.
