Won lock lotto ipad 2 months ago and have asked support where it is and each time they say it should be here in a week...

2 months later and i still have not received anything

No in all seriousness, there are others I have heard who have also been waiting a long time for store items. Haven't played on Lock yet because I am waiting for cashouts and such to be more reasonable.

you're aware you almost certainly aren't ever going to receive that ipad right? or atleast by the time you do, the ipad 6 will be out

Unfortunately "It will be here in a week" is also the same line support uses when asked about cashouts. It translates to "We haven't sent it yet and probably won't anytime soon"

I spoke to the store manager about this last week for another player and there have been troubles getting a Apple products leading up to the Christmas period. The player I was enquiring about was told to expect it in January so I would assume the same would go for yours.

lol yeah....especially when shane said it was tough to get apple products leading up to christmas.....the guy won the ipad 2 two months ago he said?!?! I'm sure it was REALLY tough to get an ipad 2 in mid october.

What kind of ipad 2 was it? The real story is probably they still have not found it at a price where this company can make a good profit off of it.

The store isnt one of us running down to the shops and picking up the products to mail out to players, the scale of it is too big for that.

So when I say there has been trouble getting Apple products I dont mean we can buy a singular iPad I mean the rewards provider has been unable to get bulk shipments at this time of the year.

Should have taken the $500 and the t-shirt and bought your own ipad. If you won the level 3 lotto and chose the ipad that's pretty much your fault for not being aware.

**** off idiot is that the issue right now ... heaps of people have got ipad then tried to cancel it to get the money when they realise within 24 hours get no responses for ages then says too late
