I think we need Bobo in here asap, 2+2 mods had to have helped Lock tie together accounts that were creating this so called problem, we need verification from a mod.

No, next to 0% chance.

I think what Shane is suggesting happened is complete nonsense. (or at least that anyone I deal with regularly at all were involved is)

I am currently focused on/concerned with sorting out the situation with my account though, as it is very easy for me to provide any information needed and I have a lot at stake.

like I said, I hope you get a favourable result. The outcome is really important to all who have read this thread too.

This is such BS Lock. Just pay the man his money.

Seriously some qualified individuals from 2p2 just need to make their own poker network where players wont continue to get the shaft and taken advantage of

and deal with all the crappy payment processors and headaches, it would be more inviting to just play poker and get a set of aces cracked by runner runner wheel everyday.

yeah, problem is that support said "decision is final", he might have tried to handle it with them more privately for a few days before airing it here... I'm hoping he gets the cash and all is well.

sometimes I think it's better to keep it behind the scenes and use this forum as a last resort... maybe?

Disagree with this. There have been countless instances where a player with a problem would have likely never gotten a resolution through normal channels. IMO the standard procedure should be to go public very soon after you encounter a problem in order to force the issue a bit as well as make other players aware of the situation.
04-21-2013 , 06:02 PM
@champstone I'm talking about working out a complete resolution before one airs it on a public forum for discussion. I never said keep it secret, just see if it could be resolved completely.

I think you're right that's why I said maybe at the end, but very soon as in same day?

I had a problem a year ago with Poker770 and waited a little. I didn't give my details the same day. I did work it out with them behind the scenes, however if they had not paid, I would have let 2+2 know and sought help here.

there is nothing as a player i gain or not gain should be secrect. if it was how would that be fair to all i play against.
04-21-2013 , 06:12 PM
I would have at least emailed to get more details/attempted to resolve things for a few days before posting had they not said the decision was final.

In that case, had it turned out to be an honest mistake that was resolved quickly, I wouldn't need to make it public, but I may have posted something.

I didn't feel like I had much choice here given their wording and the amount of money involved.

yeah, that's what I thought... and that seemed a bit unfair. I think you'll get this resolved as a lot of 2+2ers are on your side.

im not a fan of secret deals for 1 and not all. yea you got me sorry .

@champstone customer service is not always secret. Just because one on one interactions are not public or kept private doesn't mean you're doing something wrong...
