Why do accounts get "held"

I recently requested a withdraw of $600, I specifically made an account on this forum because tonight I have gotten this message: "Account has been held. Please contact customer support for details." I didn't even receive an E-mail explaining why my account has been held. Has this happened to anyone?

If this is your first withdrawal you probobly just need to send in your documents.

Yea it's my first withdrawal, first time I have actually won a little bit lol. & the thing is earlier I was in the middle of a $5 rebuy and Lock just went offline for me. Can't log in ever since.

cashouts are frowned upon by lock. What did support tell you when you contacted them?

I haven't heard from them yet still, I messaged them last night. I requested a address change the day I wanted to withdraw bc I had recently moved and they responded back to me immediately. Wonder why it's taking longer this time.

Got it taken care of, I guess someone else tried to log into my name so account got held. Won't get the refund back for the tournies though that I was playing when my account went offline.
