Hi,
I am sorry to report that there were technical issues that prevented players from playing but you should have been refunded for any games you registered for but were unable to play in due to the disconnection. Also, please refer to our Disconnection Policies below.
We sincerely apologies for this and are doing everything we can to ensure this does not occur again in the future.
50/50 Tournament Policy
If a tournament is canceled before the money, we will try to compensate all remaining players based on their play up to the time of the cancellation. This is best achieved by awarding 50% of the prize pool to all remaining players and the other 50% of the prize pool will be awarded proportionately based on each player's chip count. All remaining players will also receive a refund of their entry fee. Any player who was eliminated prior to the cancellation will not be entitled to a refund. All awards for a tournament canceled in progress will be cash. If the canceled tournament has a guaranteed prize pool, only the entry fee will be returned (not the guaranteed prize).
In the Money Tournament Policy
If a tournament is canceled and there are players in the money, we will try to compensate all remaining players based on their play up to the time of the cancellation. This is best achieved by awarding each remaining player with the minimum prize not yet awarded, and the rest of the prize pool will be awarded proportionately based on each players chip count.
Sit'N'Go Tournaments
If a tournament is canceled with it is running, players will be issued a refund for their full buy-in and fee. Any remaining prize pool will be split amongst all remaining players based on chip count.
All my best,
Quinn

My name is Charles
My Lock Poker account is TheCol42
I have sent in 3 emails to support and 2 emails to Lock Poker reps on 2+2 forums concerning my $500 bounty for the 100k yesterday.
This is getting rediculious. Why wont anybody answer my emails?
And at least let me know that you are working on the situation.
Im going to explain it one more time.
I ko'd a pro in the 100k yesterday. You stated on the tournament that there will be 10 pro's playing in the tournament and they each have a $500 bounty on there heads.
I ko'd out the Lock Poker Pro JaspudUF in this hand #3016AE04DA007089 tournament # 11404506
And I will attach the screenshot to this email again.
I would like a response to this email.
Charles
Well it looks like they didnt even read my email.
I understand that the tournament was cancelled and they have a policy for that situation. But I KO,d the Pro way before the tournament was cancelled.
There was still like 600 people still in the tournament.
The tournament didnt get cancelled till there was like 130 people left.
I know because I was still in the tournament.
But I checked my account again this morning and still no $500 bounty money.
Is Lock Poker trying to get out of this bounty situation because the cancellation?
If Lock looks at the hand they can see when I ko'd the pro. It was way before the cancellation of the tournament.
And the bounties shouldnt be included in the prize pool they are extra. Its for the people that ko the pro's. If that is the case shouldnt they have stated that the prize pool at 95k + 5k in bounties?
I want to know if Im going to get my money. And not beat around the bush. Just tell me straight up.
