I am a rakeback player atm. If I generate $750 rake this month, then ask to be switched to VIP, will I start next month as Silver VIP or from ground zero?

Has anyone calculated how much different is Silver VIP from Rakeback?
Now that rb players can exchange points for cash and Ronin is based on rake paid, the deposit bonus clear rate is the only increase, right?
Is it worth switching before I get Black VIP?

My mistake, it seems that I still get it at 1/2 rate so I guess Silver VIP is better than rb, at least with Ronin.
