The thread title says it all. I have emailed support and Emily several times asking this question spanning ten days now. I originally got an email back 10 days ago from Emily telling me that she would apply my bonus and rakeback. I have been receiving rakeback payments but have not seen anything regarding bonuses. I know others have been saying bonuses have not been paid to them either. Shane, Rizen, or anybody affiliated with Lock Poker can you please give us some answers.

TL: DR I have been trying to get answers regarding Locks Bonus payments going on 10 days now. Hoping Shane or Rizen will give us some feedback ASAP.

gl trying to find out, ive emailed emily, skyp'd shane 4-5 times on this, asked my affiliate, and emailed general support within the last 4 days and have had no helpful answers from any of them if they even got back to me on it.

And all I was trying to find out was if they would be retroactively paid from the past days.

At this point, I think its pretty clear they really don't care. They simply don't CARE about their customers or their issues. You know they are reading these forums too, and simply ignoring thread after thread like this. Its so funny how much they advertised this amazing bonus during launch, and TWO WEEKS after launch, no one knows if this bonus even exists. Every day that goes by I am realizing how much of a joke Lock poker really is.

^^^ Not that it is going to make or break their network but I have decided to play on Merge exclusively (they have lost $172 in the last two days) until they atleast have the decency to return an email. Before I get flamed by the Lock Poker Martyrs; I am well aware that this is a new network and they are short staffed. This doesn't mean they can pick and choose the questions they want to answer imo, because Shane has responded to other questions but has seemed to dance around this bonus issue.

My deposit bonus started showing up today. Check Admin -> reports.

And just an FYI, Merge is having much worse problems right now, and their support isn't responding to anyone as well. Players are having their credit cards charged, their bank accounts drained by thieves using the "verification" information provided to Merge support.

There are several links about the scandal on pokerscout.

Some skins use merge as their support, others have their own support staff (ie. black chip).

bonuses showing up in admin tab now under transactions, it still doesn't list active or current bonuses, but at least the option to see it is in the tab.

I asked shane about the bonuses on skype and was told this also

Yep, starting to see the bonus payout...not in my account yet, though. I just see it in the Admin page.

I logged in today after work and see where it says I have received 30 dollars of my bonus payment but it has not hit my account yet. So heres to hoping that it gets sorted out. I still have not seen an email back or a lock rep comment about this in this thread which is more than a little disheartening. Pretty sad when the most official correspondence came via a 2p2 member pasting a skype conversation with Shane quoted as saying they dont know whats going on... and not to worry "we won't screw you". I sure would hope you wouldn't screw me. I wasn't really worried about you screwing me until you say things like this. I was more of just looking for a time frame tbh but, now who knows.

Bump... I see that bonuses show up in the Admin report but still haven't hit my account sent another email this afternoon and still zero correspondance. Shane or Rizen can you please give us an official word not via a third party 2 P 2 member?

my deposit bonus isn't showing up, and haven't seen a penny of it while raking over 1k this month so far, and everything else that I have talked to shane about has also gone unfixed, only so much customers can take of this....

I really want to play here, but I will only wait so long for these fixes. Man, this is frustrating.

My last 2 $5 payments posted vary soon after they were cleared. Mine are showing up in the transactions report and *not* in the bonus report.
