warning about multiple cashouts

So if you have a cashout pending and attempt to cashout again, the funds are moved to lock casino. When you then try to move the funds to the pokerroom you are informed this breaches your weekly limit.
Just a word of warning to anyone attempting multiple cashouts or trying to move $ within lock, hope it saves someone a pain in the ass.

What exactly are the rules regarding multiple cashouts? Can you only requested another one when the one you have pending is near completion? With the wild time frames on withdrawals how do you even know when it's "near completion?" If Shane or someone could please comment on this and clarify this for me I'd appreciate it.

I use a netspend prepaid card to deposit on lock. If i was to trade money, how do i get cash if i sell lock $?? Any help would be appreciated. Im not very up on technology lol
