Can anyone check VIP point redemption tab and check if anything is odd about it?

For me it suddenly says: "Points redeemed in multiples of 7" and the amounts i can converse to are way off. Converting 19 points would give me 0.20$ currently, which isn't the rate it was before.

I didn't redeem it, but I put in 10k points and it showed me the right amount. Instead of 20 put in 21 and you'll get the right amount. Guess you really have to do multiples of 7.

really hilarious stuff XD

but yeah, trade in 5 points u get 0.00 literally, have to do it in multiples of 7, trade in 10 and you'll get same money as 7 and waste 3.

Wow they've been screwing me over this whole time. I always put in 10k because thats the max for the day, but you get the same amount if you put in 9996. Its probably only a few bucks over the whole time i've been on lock. But there's no reason for them be decitful like that.

If someone enters an amount such as 19, only 14 points will be redeemed leaving the remaining 5 in their account. The rate will be exactly the same as before but must be done in multiples of 7.

So no one is losing any points.
