Hi Shane
I sent an email to Emily and asked her to set my account up to RB account. She was VERY fast and after only 8 Hours my account has been changed to RB account. But few days later (after calculation about points, promos, etc), I changed my mind. I asked Emily to change back my account to VIP, but no response now even after 108 Hours.
Please set up my account back to VIP account. Thank You.

If I qualify for the second highest vip level and am still on rakeback, I should probably switch back to the vip program correct?

Playing uNL at lock, is RB better at low limits? Also I'm not completely sure if I have RB or just VIP, I emailed Rakebrain but they haven't responded.
And are there days where VIP points are worth more cash? I emailed support about clarifying VIP points but I'm still a little confused.
