Right, a few minutes ago, my Monthly Gaming Rev said something above 100$, i think 115$ or something. My Report also says i earned the 10$ Battle of the Ronin prize (upon hitting 100$ in rake paid).

HOWEVER, right now, my Monthly Gaming Rev suddenly says 96.49???

all the while already having received the 100$ Ronin prize?

Some really weird stuff going on in that system, truely makes you wonder how accurate everything happens over there.

Oh, that being said, it's been a full week now for me of NO rakeback payments whatsoever. Will anything be done about this?

the rakeback was hourly for me ...

Admin look at the left it is rakeback or your vip statue ?

I ask them to put me in the vip system because i will earn way more the 36 %

I'm BlackVIP, i used to be Rakeback, then the payments went through fine, but sometime after swapping, the payments completely stopped.

And yeah, once you're above SilverVIP, VIP is way better than RB for sure. (if they'd actually pay what it says!)

I'm owed somewhere around 400$ now, and no reply from support

My Vault is activated. Wouldn't my Report state the rakeback payments no matter what though? What does it say for you guys in your Report when you get VIP Cashbacks? I used to get "Rakeback payment" in my Report when i was on the Rakeback program. Now, there's nothing to be found at all.

Can anyone confirm what your Report displays if you're VIP player? Does the same "Rakeback payment" get listed? Maybe "Cashback payment"? does nothing get listed at all? I don't know.

I'll paste my Report page for 1 day, just so you can see what's up. Given the fact i'm clearing Deposit Bonuses (= can only mean i'm playing, and paying rake), but NOT being given any "Rakeback payments" something has to be wrong..

I'll take yesterday's report, since it's the smallest report this last week, didn't play much due to very busy day.

My monthly rev appears to be accurate (I think) as well as the rakeback, etc.

But my total hands played is only about 60% of the total number of hands I actually did play according to HEM. And my profit in the games themselves is also wrong in the admin page. Doesn't really bother me or anything. But found it a bit odd and confusing because normally it has been dead-on (when I've actually bothered to pay attention to it which I normally don't).

Maybe there is some other explanation. But i'm pretty sure the money as well as total hands is accurate in my HEM on this one.

Oh wow thanks! Never saw that, pretty odd why they do it so different for RB vs VIP. I figured since nothing was appearing in the Report page i was not getting anything.

That's pretty tucked away.. lol

Come on Lock, make things like this more obvious! Let people know you're paying them loads! I bet many don't notice reports of these.
