Vault not updating

It's been about 5 hours since I've gotten off my tables and usually my rakeback goes into my vault within 30 mins or so after I play. It still hasn't updated, anyone else experiencing the same thing?

I've had this happen to me before, as for today no idea I haven't been paying attention to it. I did have problems with accessing the cashier page earlier today though.

Me too, maybe it's just really slow. But dealing with support is virtually impossible as well all I know. I just hope it gets updated soon before I have to do that.

I had trouble with the cashier page today as well. Haven't touched the vault yet though so I'm not sure if there's an issue there. Will post back if I'm having trouble

Not working for me either. I assume they are processing everyone's withdraws right now and the amount of payout info is just overwhelming the system.

There was an outage on the network side overnight causing problems for different systems across all skins. It looks like our rakeback/cashback payments were especially affected.

All payments should have come through now, if yours still havent please shoot me an email so I can get the devs to investigate it for you.

Vault is still down for me and for my wife too. All I see is a white page with "file not found" on the top left of the screen...oops.
