Re: unable to update
I'm experiencing the same problem but can't seem to get past 240kb. My internet connection is completely fine, I'm posting this right now and I've been listening to music via youtube for the past hour. The only thing that isn't working, as usual, is this crappy software.
It worked FLAWLESS before I upgraded my computer, they are pretty much the same computer. Both run Windows 7 and pretty much the only difference is a quad core processor and 4gb of ram, other than that it's pretty much the same as the last computer it was working on, perfectly might I add.
Now I decide to try playing poker on Lock again but it would freeze up after playing a mere 2-3 hands, EVERY TIME. So upon hearing of this fantastic update I just bit the bullet and waited the week for this "awesome" new software but I can't even update the damn thing!
I am beyond frustrated to say the least. I'm tired of having to troubleshoot the damn program when it worked perfect a few months ago. It's not that much trouble to address people's concerns guys, I know you're all floating around here but there are tons of people including myself who are having problems with your site. If you can't fix it the new traffic won't mean a damn thing if all of your old customers all withdraw their rolls.
