After creating a lock account, through one of the lock elite pro´s, i got the message "account held". I sent all the necessary documentation, and got confirmation back from support that was all ok: [COLOR="rgb(65, 105, 225)"]"I have asked our Tech Team to remove all restrictions and you should now be able to login with your email and password"[/COLOR]
I did manage to login and was able to create my nickname. Next step was depositing. When i hit the cashier button i got the same message "account has been held"

I have forwarded your email to our Cashier department who will be in contact. However I would ask you to bear in mind that due to the nature of the inquiries they deal with our Cashier department’s response may not be as quick as our front line support. Thanks in advance for your patience.

One week has passed, and still i can't play, deposit, nothing.

This is exactly the kind of thing that prevents players and specially professional players like me that generate good volume; from trusting lock poker as a partner for a long lasting and profitable relationship.

I don't understand how it is possible to take so long to solve such a simple problem. To let me deposit money in the site!
I imagine the torments for something more complicated like rakeback payments or simple support questions!



If any of the moderators see this, please feedback.
I really think lock has a lot of value in its promotions but its incredible how these situation happen even on a simple account creation!

There is no way of getting a response from Lock unless you get lucky.

I've been waiting months for a response and still nothing.
