Re: Tried deposting and vanished into thin air.

This is pathetic. Regardless of how small deposits are or how many posts the user has Lock needs to fix this. I really don't get why Rizen and Shane pick and choose who to respond to every couple of days but yet you constantly see one or the other posting about Lock promotions and other garbage trying to lure people onto Lock Poker. If anything in the future will be successful from preventing poker from being completely open to the U.S by the government its situations like this and the websites' careless and mismanagement

Re: Tried deposting and vanished into thin air.

I deposited 200 via moneygram yesterday and my account was never credited. My screen name is andyc42. My wife registered for the 100k gurantee on sunday , and was never taken to her table. She played zero hands but her account was debited the $109. We have both sent Lock multiple emails that have not been answered. Live chat does not work and the emergency customer service number was disconnected. This is so frustrating.

This smells bad. I won't be shocked to hear that Lock has gone belly up and runs off with the cash.

So sad for us Americans that this is the type of shady site our government has forced us to deal with.

GG criminals.

Status update: the charges from lock have gone from pending to cleared. Meaning: lock has received my money, but I remain without any kind of site credit or response from "customer support". Action: contacting my bank again to file a dispute and get my money back.

Re: Tried deposting and vanished into thin air.

FINALLY got an email reply from support Tuesday morning from my deposit last Friday that has already cleared and was not funded. They wanted screenshots so they could verify that the funds were taken. REALLY?!?! Now I still have yet to hear back from anyone....

SOOO frustrating that this is happened to so many people. DO NOT deposit on Lock Poker until this is made right!! IF that ever happens :/

I just really dont see how a company can run like that. Its a shame to see.

Re: Tried deposting and vanished into thin air.

My Moneygram deposit is going on two weeks now without being credited. At first the problem was that the deposit page timed out. Then it was that I sent the money to the wrong person. I call Moneygram to have the recipient's name changed -- this was on Sunday. Here we are four days later, still no money in my account.

Guess I'll *sigh* e-mail support again.

This has been a terrible first experience with Lock. I'm actually a little scared about my money being gone.

Re: Tried deposting and vanished into thin air.

After reading this I will consider myself very lucky. I deposited on Lock on the 8th and the 9th for $500 and $1,000, respectively. I did this mainly for points on my American Express. I am now in a state of paranoia that I may or may not get my funds back. I am currently processing a withdrawal for the full amount.

I just wanted to let everyone know that with my two deposits my money showed up in seconds on those two dates.

GL to all those with the issues. I wish you the best and I hope that Lock gets this figured out. Terrible mess for them.

Re: Tried deposting and vanished into thin air.

What is worse than the issues they are having (because let's face it issues CAN and DO happen) is the total lack of a formal response from Lock. The silence is only going to make things worse.

Issue a formal statement about what is going on and what you are doing to rectify it and people will calm down. If you can't do that then we are all correct in thinking the worst about what is happening.

Re: Tried deposting and vanished into thin air.

You know were all angry, but lets say it takes a month to fix everything, Are you going to stay, or leave for a different poker site?

If you leave you make it clear for future sites that is unacceptable and death to a business.

If you stay they win, you allow this behavior to continue into the future, you say its ok to f**k us and we pay for it. These people only understand $ signs, hit them where its hurts, its a str8 KU DA TA , they work for us, their a concierge business, we leave they're done, they're silenced b/c they look at us as sheep, well maybe but this HERD is heading in a new direction to greener pastors

Re: Tried deposting and vanished into thin air.

lock reps please respond

i don't want to sound the panic alarm and start spreading the word to dozens of grinders to immediately cashout, but please do SOMETHING to address everyone's concerns so that we feel you are intentionally ignoring the issue and this is a problem that can be resolved and not a last minute cash grab

Lock, you have to publicly address this situation right away. Rizen and Shane, this is about you. You have to say something.

Re: Tried deposting and vanished into thin air.

I tried to deposit about 3 days ago via cc, emailed support got no reply, wrote on 2p2 no help, I ended up depositing on STARS.... lock help a guy out i wanna play but if its hard to deposit via cc you don't leave many options... Going to a WU and transferring money to an account is just ridiculous...

I' think most people would think twice about depositing on Lock after reading this thread. As for the people that have already deposited on Lock and waiting for their fund to arrive - well this whole situation doesn't exactly install much confidence in people. I'd take a wild guess that once most people get their hand on the vanished deposits on Lock - they will most likely withdraw straight away.
