That's good to hear vanity02, please let me know if there are anymore inconsistencies and we can troubleshoot until things are perfect.

Since Sony does not support compatibility with windows you will have to download a driver and run it so that your computer can recognize the controller. Once this has been set up properly, you will notice TableDroid recognize the controller in the drop down menu for 'device'.

I use the first link, but here are two just incase.

Re: Tabledroid, a table ninja like software

Table droid does not list my mouse as an option it only detects my keyboard. I have an iHome wireless optical 5-button mouse.

Re: Tabledroid, a table ninja like software

Dr0n3,

Keyboard and Mouse are both detected when "Keyboard" is set in the Device list. With device set as "Keyboard" try setting one of your mouse buttons in the Hotkey Settings window. I think that will most likely work.

Re: Tabledroid, a table ninja like software

Hello!

I was looking for a good key software to support Cake Poker (Revolution Network).
On 888poker (Pacific) I use KeyPoker, it's working perfect. But that software doesn't work good on Cake Poker - it doesn't detect Raise and All In functions, so betting is impossible mission there. So i googled a lot and found TableDroid.

Downloaded TableDroid trial to give it a try.

I'm using Logitech Rumblepad 2 (with KeyPoker and Xpadder it works like a dream)
So... TableDroid recognizes my wirelees gamepad with no problems.
Set all functions, started to play.
Opened 3 tables on Cake Poker and 3 on 888poker.

1) FOLD button allmost allways don't work on first press, i press it 3 - 5 times untill it is folding, better is to to press and hold down FOLD button for 1 - 2 seconds to make active table FOLD...

2) ACTIVE TABLE (i mean where action is immediately required) doesn't become activated with frame allready on it to make action!
And it means - you must select manually tables (go from one corner to another) to move frame to it, and ONLY then you can act.... i say: COMON !!!

First problem is maybe somewhere my problem, i mean i will try to deactivate Xpadder, but there where no functions set for that button, where was set FOLD on TableDroid.
But this is not a main reason why i write this, main problem is MANUAL TABLE SELECTION WHERE YOU WILL MAKE ACTION - it is not what i want to pay for, and i will not untill this function is added - AUTO TABLE ACTIVATION IN A LOGICAL QUEUE TO ACT ON!

And offcourse there is good thinks too!

1) At first - softwares look and easy to use is BEST I EVER FOUND - NO DOUBT!

2) Layout editor is close to perfect, maybe would be nice to add possibility to rename profiles (not only Tiling 1, Tiling 2....) and add automatted function where Tiling profiles are selected automatically on the go depending how many tables are open, for example if you have 9 tables open it will be normaly 3 x 3, but if you have 4 tables open it would be nice to automatically detect it and put them not in a 3 x 3 grid but 2 x 2 to fullfill all screen.

3) Frame color is best ever, would be nice to make some advanced settings for it, like border size but maybe it is even not necessary.

4) I believe YOU can be THE BEST on a market some day, now you are only one of the best

Re: Tabledroid, a table ninja like software

Oplaxx,

I'm glad you found our software.

1) Do you have to press the "fold" button 3-5 times on both Cake Poker and 888 poker? Please try out the software with using "keyboard" as device and let me know if this still happens.

2) Automatic frame switching is being added to the version after 2.0.

You shouldn't need to use Xpadder with TableDroid, try playing without Xpadder and report back to me.

Positives:

1) I'm glad you found the software intuitive and easy to use.

2) The ability to rename tiling profiles will be available in Version 2.0.

2. b) Your idea for automatic tiling changing is great and this will hopefully be added for V 2.0.

3) More frame colour and sizing options will be added soon after 2.0 as well.

4) Thanks for the compliment, we are dedicated to improving this product until every player is happy.

Thanks for your detailed suggestions,
Oskar

Re: Tabledroid, a table ninja like software

Hi.

Thank you for answering!

So... i switched all programms off.
TableDroid and two pokerrooms (Cake and 888) only opened.
Device set as Logitech Cordless RumblePad 2

a) Opened 1 table on each pokerroom, so 2 tables opened.
Played for nearly 1 hour and everything is working like it should, no problems at all.

b) Opened 3 tables on each pokerroom, so 6 tables opened.
Slow response times for FOLD, CHECK, BET.... pressing moore than one time or even hold button down for a second to make action.
Mouse movement (table switching) with joystick is freezing a little, for miliseconds maybe but its anoying.

c) 9 tables opened.
Even slower response times for FOLD, CHECT and others.... and mouse movement (table switching) with joystick comes unusable... it freezes a lot and jumps from one place to another.

d) And... "Accept Tourney Registration" not working on 888poker
On Cake it is working only when fewer tables are open, when moore tables then sometimes work sometimes not and when lot of tables (7 - 9) i think its doesnt work at all.

e) On Cake poker there is one stupid thing where you must press TAKE MY SEAT every time a new table opens (if not pressed you are sitting out). When few tables are on screen, TableDroid recognizes this button and clicks on it, but when lot of tables open, new tables are still sitting out and TAKE MY SEAT stays unpressed. So sometimes I missed first action (hand) on those tables.

f) One strange thing happening. I allways use AUTO MUCK HAND on every poker software. This option is on the tables. And sometimes I wand to show my hand. For example i went All In with good hand and while oponents think and folding, i quickly uncheck AUTO MUCK HAND to show my cards at the end. So everybody folded and then as usually poker software gives 2 buttons - SHOW HAND and MUCK HAND. And problem is there, that every time those 2 buttons stay visible no moore than for half a second, and if i am late to press one of them, i don't know wich was pressed by TableDroid, lol... and i know that there is no option in TableDroid to do it.. so it is funny for me!

---

Overall conclusions.

Now I start believing that problem is in softwere, how it uses POWER of PC
Because I was looking on CPU usage with TableDroid in use and without it:
with: 50 - 90... even 100%
without: 2 - 25%
So as you can see, those low button response times and mouse movement freezing problems by adding moore tables is actually POWER problem.
My PC is not new one, but i made it specially for enjoying poker, and it never freezed with any software like with TableDroid.

CPU: P4 3,0 GHz, Hyper Threading
Memory: 2 GB
Video: GF 8500 gt
Win 7 Ultimate, 32 bit
---
yes, it is not for hard graphic gaming, but i still don't believe that TableDroid requires new i7 processor

Re: Tabledroid, a table ninja like software

And with keyboard i didn't tried, because i don't want to use it anyway. All i want is wireless controls, but together with TableDroid its freezing CPU.
But if it will sort something out, i can try next time to use only keyboard for 9 tables opened. So let me know if this is really needed.

Thx.

Re: Tabledroid, a table ninja like software

Oplaxx,

d) Thanks for noticing "Accept Tourney Registration" has stopped working on 888poker. I will report back here when that has been fixed up.
On Cake it is not working due to the slowness issues.

e) If we can end the slowness issues this Cake Poker "take my seat" issue should dissapear as well.

f) TableDroid has been pressing either the "show hand" or "muck hand" buttons? Which site does this happen on?

Response to conclusions.

From looking at your a,b and c testing TableDroid is definitely having issues with your PC, your computer seems fine although having more than 2gb of memory would help. If it is still slow in "keyboard" mode then we know it is the software and not the logitech. In which case we will have to wait until V2.0.

I appreciate all of the detailed information and I will continue to look over all of the possibilities on my own and with the team.

Thanks,
Oskar

Is there no pot betting functionality?

How do you turn off the colored frame?

On both sites. And I'm not shure it shows or mucks, i believe it shows, because hand stays visible for few seconds, but i dont know if other players it.

Re: Tabledroid, a table ninja like software

Is there a way to change the table focus? I notice that the only option you can select is "Mouse Hover Mode". Seems really weird and disappointing that you can't have table focus set to focus on whichever table I need to act on so I don't have to use my mouse. I kind of thought that was the whole point of the program to be able to use hotkeys and not the mouse.

Re: Tabledroid, a table ninja like software

I'd like to apologize to you three for the delay. I thought I was subscribed to the thread so that I would get E-mails, but I made a mistake. I will continue to check continuously here as well as the commercial software 2p2 support thread for TableDroid.

bs_jayhawk,

There is currently no pot betting functionality, we are finishing up v2.0 and adding the remaining 4 major sites (Ipoker, Ongame, Bodog and Merge). After this we will be making extensive feature additions such as complex pot betting options.

Turning off coloured frames will be implemented for v2.0. I will message you when it has been added.

Oplaxx,

f) Thanks for the information I'm currently looking into how TableDroid could possibly be pressing the show hand button on Cake and 888poker. I'll get back to you on my findings.

huaw1ad,

We aren't adding this feature until after v2.0 and the 4 remaining major sites are added. We realize how useful this will be when it is added, but unfortunately we have to continue laying the framework. I really appreciate the input.

Again, I apologize for the delays. Thanks to everyone.

Oskar

+1. Please add an option to turn this off.

Re: Tabledroid, a table ninja like software

madshakes,

Do you mean turn off mouse hover mode and have some other type of default mode or just that you would like to see auto switching mode added?
