Iirc, his was a WU from 1/8? My last was requested 3 days after that and was paid around the end of March. At the time that seemed pretty ridiculous. I guess I should consider myself lucky.

Considering my request is from the exact same day as CharlieKelly (01/06) it should be easy to pay us both at the same time Or is the whole.. paying people in order far too logical for an online gambling site to comprehend?

I love how Lock replies on their Facebook page to people:

"..all the outstanding cashouts are getting caught up now, if you send me a PM with your details I can look into your situation for you."

Does Lock train their employees to use the same lingo or is Shane also handling their Facebook page? Coulda swore that's Shane's famous line..

Lol.. then Shane has seen his fair share of me - on here, facebook, and via e-mail. Shocking he hasn't seen to it that I receive my money. And based on the fact that CharlieKelly has taken what seems like a more patient/silent approach, I suppose nothing seems to work.

Yes Shane is handling the Facebook page. His offers to look in to your cash-out and give you an update are complete BS. He replied to me with lies then subsequently ignored my requests to follow-up. Here is Lock customer support from Shane: An initial response with a lie within a couple days then ignoring my request to follow-up for 2 months. Still no money after over 100 days. Meanwhile Bovada pays me every time within 2 weeks sometimes within a week. This site is a ****ing joke. I will never deposit here again. It will be a miracle if I able to get my existing funds off of here.
