Okay, did I solve the issue?
Previous email addresses I had for support that I was trying to reach were:
Came up in my gmail thingee when I typed "lock" in the address bar so I assumed they were good. But I just saw that on the lockpoker site under "support" it says the address is firstname.lastname@example.org
So I checked those first two addresses and apparently those are used to send promo and transaction emails. Maybe they aren't good for reaching support?
I have also received a couple of PM's from people last month saying they were sending to the support address and asking what I thought. And they were using the correct address (I didn't notice that their address was different than what I was using until just now).
Anyway, if those first two addresses are not good for support then perhaps an automated thing should be sent back to customers saying, "please send to this address."
They do look to be reasonable addresses to try to reach Lock support on first glance so I'm not even sure I made a mistake here or not.
