And these are hyper turbos so yea I'm getting screwed pretty bad... sometimes I'm able to get the table open before any real damage is done but sometimes they get me down to 300 chips before I'm able to get back in.

So how about you make it so that for the first two minutes the game is paused if both players aren't sitting in.... after that two minutes then whatever..

It's just getting ridiculous... anyone else experiencing this?

Site's a ****ing joke tbh, take months to bring any updates ever, change some fontsize or whatever useless crap they do in such a patch or change the borders a little and manage to **** up the client altogether.

YES, i'm experiencing this btw, but it doesn't matter much on Flips though, unless they're not even crediting properly ofc.

edit: last week no nl50 games were showing up 1 day and another day no nl100 6/9 games were showing up either except for Grind4Glory and happy hour tables wtf is going on lock......

Sorry i just don't get how exactly a site manages to somehow bring out these tiny useless updates and still don't get it right. As i said before, just DON'T update. Nobody wants this, like, really, just stop. I honestly can't remember one time where an update happened and I even noticed what changed in the first place. If however you make your client crash constantly aswell as other stupid bugs, that i DO notice.

i was kidding you mccormick, you must see the humor in the situation from what I bolded, and yes the last week or so a lot of buggy **** has been happening on the cash games as well.

then they're like "look here's the system specs u need, u need a floppy disk 16 MB of ram, and windows 95"

like seriously what the ****, can he ****ing read my system specs after i sent em it? if my specs are obviously way higher than what's needed then why send me this ****? they must have some master trolls working there.

does she basically mean the rake requirement for the VIP level is reset once you change and only from here onwards you'll be earning rake towards the VIP levels?

idk what you don't understand but cliffs is shane tells me one thing, and then general support wont follow through with it, after sending screenshot of the convo., telling them to email shane to confirm etc.

Obv. a small problem but was just confirming from what you posted how impossible general support is to deal with.

Hell I tried 4 different browsers and I can't even get the live chat page to work anymore either.

I know for sure it didn't use to be like this, but maybe the system with changing between RB and VIP got changed so people can't "abuse" it easily swapping for their best available offer.. in that case she's right i guess and then Shane also wouldn't be aware. Well in any case, someone is wrong.

OHMYGOD! lol . No way they responded with that. I'm beginning to like lOcK support, they give some of the most awesomely dumbfounded responses I have ever read.... Can you believe some people want Shane gone lol?

I'm just trolling em at this point, asking em some philosophical questions etc. I told em i was gunna start off with some basic math questions etc. but i'd miss an opportunity not asking for deeper stuff.

I've been having issues with games not starting since the update as well - sometimes the table opens up and then freezes before the first hand is dealt and sometimes it only opens after I miss a few hands.

Same exact issue here. Was working fine this morning and then halfway through a short session, opening a new table would cause the Lock client to close all together.

Pretty awesome software update!

had a really bad one last night... I registered for a heads up and then started browsing the internet... for the hell of I decided to look at the lobby since it had been awhile... oh look im down to 150 chips...

I guess because the lobby was minimized the table never opened... cause like 3 secs after bringing the lobby up the table opened

And wtf... can people at least wait a minute or two before stealing? Every time this happens to me, people begin stealing immediately and when it happens to my opponents I wait... I usually tell myself 3 mins... but they are always back before 3 mins is up.. so I've never actually stole blinds from anyone.

For example... that magnesium guy who's always playing heads up... one time I gave him over two minutes to sit in, and he finally did and we played it out, didn't steal anything from him.. and then literally like 2 games later it happened to me against him and did he wait? NO.. Why is every heads up player such an *******.

As for the guy last night, I came back and won from 150 chips... then actively searched for him and won 5 in a row... He then began the berate me called me a bot lol.... I didn't see him after that unfortunately..

My god, start mashing that "bet" button already when he's disconnected. You're obviously not going to get anything else when it happens to you, honestly i'd just go ahead and steal.
