Also still waiting Shane...I have emailed you and lock "support" numerous times about an MTT I played in last month when your server crashed (I did NOT lose internet connection, a thread was actually started on this board regarding the issue by another user).

I was at a 9-handed final table and was the chipleader, although I will admit stacks were very shallow. Anyway, I was finally able to re-connect almost an hour later only to find out I had somehow blinded out in 5th.

Obviously as the chipleader I feel like I am entitled to more than 5th place money ICM-wise. Didn't want to post this on here but after going a month and not hearing back from any Lock associates I found it necessary. It is really disturbing that a month has gone by without support responding to my 4 or 5 emails. Even if the answer is that nothing will be done for me, it would be nice to not be ignored!

Update.. Shane never got back to me except in this thread. Pm emailed, but lock has been getting back to me pretty fast. They said they have received the funds back, but it could take a couple of months before they can unlock my account. I emailed them what the problem was, they said it goes through a few different banks before they get the money. Support said to send them statements showing the credits which I did yesterday, will see how long it takes hopefully soon. I'm itching to get on and start grinding again. Shane if you could look into this for me, would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like support has this under control, I have written to the security and support teams to see if there is any more information I can get for you.
