Guys,
I've been getting too worked up on here and I feel bad. I felt I had no where else to go, seeing as we can't just stop by the local Lock Poker offices. Shane responded to my email, and we are working through it. Sorry for the repetitive bashing threads...It'll work out eventually, I guess it is just what we have to deal with for now

at least u got a response in the end, i personally haven't had a response from a post in the form, a pm to shane AND a mail to emily, if granting a bonus cannot be done i would rather be told so than have to chase it up.

What is his average response time on emails? I'd imagine hes backlogged so I don't mind waiting as long as he gets to me. I sent one last night.

If I previously had an account with you all on the Merge network and decided to close it, what are my options now? Can I create a new account or must I re-open the old one or am I just SOL? Thanks
