Could you give them a bit more detail on what Lock means by the phrase "checks are in transit"? We know that it doesn't literally mean that the checks are in transit, as in having actually been sent, or any other standard sense of the phrase. That's from experience.

Does this mean they're entering consideration for possible payout, or they're in some other processing stage, or that they're scheduled, or what? Are there time frames associated with this?

It's helpful to bring up their names with the cashier team, but these folks are also looking for some information. They've been hanging for a long time, and they deserve to know where they stand. Don't you agree?

Shane, this is absurd and you know it! How many times have you looked into these 3 people's cash outs? I personally have seen you look into Charlie's for months now. It's amazing he hasn't completely lost it and started bashing you Itt relentlessly. He obviously has more class than the Lock customer service dept does. There's no excuse for the lack of professionalism that you have showed here. Either step up your game or GTFO!!

My check was requested 12/24 same day as nymetswon I believe but Shane has yet to even mention my posts or emails. Maybe I will write support again for a form response.

haha they're not reissuing the check, they're going to credit the money back to my account. So I guess it's time to start the clock on another 6 month withdrawal.

Another one. These old cashouts should be Lock's highest priorities all around if the business is for real. Higher than thinking of promos and higher than thinking of what should be done with VIP freerolls.

So what are you going to do, WU? This is plenty annoying, and if I'm no luckier I'll end up with the same result because my landlord gave us the 30 day notice a week ago. Of course, I think can just have my landlord tell me when the courier arrives, but I can't count on Lock not to use this as an excuse to cancel the withdrawal. Thanks for the last reply. I just need a few more things answered please. Last week you moved the date once again and said a ton of checks would be arriving all week long. The week is now over and none were received. You have also mentioned that you only continue your job because management assured you things are gonna be fine.

My question is are you lying to me or is management lying to you? If the latter than what are you so confident in. I was told on Sunday of last week by Quinn she would immediately get back to me with a tracking # and have heard nothing since.

You say that you are hounding them can you please describe those conversations? If you are hounding them you can't honestly just accept "it's enroute" can you? I was told I'd be given a tracking # so do you ask for that? Please explain

I get mostly the same information that is passed on from support only with more overall details such as the total size of a batch.

And I continue to hound them because they haven't arrived yet, even if they are actually enroute if they havent arrived by the time they said they would arrive then Im definitely getting messages from players and then Im definitely passing those messages on.

The latest information I have is that they should arrive Monday/Tuesday, Im confident they will deliver on this but will hold out getting too excited until I see some of you guys posting in here saying they definitely arrived.

Shane, if you get information about the total size of the batches that are going out can you share that information with us. It would perhaps end some of the conjecture about what a batch is and give some confidence to people that things are starting to move.

Most players here probably email support about the 'where abouts' of their cashout. What absolutely bewilders me is how support can say:

"I am afraid there were some unexpected delays"

How can a site that takes 5 weeks+ for an ewallet transfer afford to have/or even can have 'unexpected delays??'

How do I get on this list as well? Been waiting 6.5 months now - since 11/21/12. Posted many times. Emailed directly to you with you promising to follow up. Email support (I recognize all the support names from the post above as well), and get no straight answer. So frustrating. I hope everyone gets paid, but shouldn't the priority be the oldest cash out requests first? I believe I have the longest waiting request out there. Feel sorry for anyone else that has waited longer. Plus my request is no longer even showing up in my cashier page. It has not been listed for almost a month now (I was hoping this meant it was on its way - silly me). So now there is not even a record of it anymore. Luckily I have many screenshots saved. Support will not answer why it is no longer listed, they just reply with the same standard lines that they will get back to me once they hear from the cashier, but they never get back to me. I have never once received a reply from them in the 6.5 month wait without myself having to inquire first. And again, never a straight answer. What is the next step to take here Shane?

I requested a cash out/check on December 5 2012. The first email I received from lock on 12/18/12 stated " cash out times take from 6-8 weeks".The cash out was pending for several months. on March 19 I received an email that said " your cash out has been verified and will go out with the next batch". Then on March 28 I got a reply that said my check will be sent FedEx and will arrive within 7-10 business days.
On March 29 I received an email that said my check was enroute. On April 8 I sent lock and email inquiring about my check. They replied " I see you check was sent out 6 days ago. It could take up to 10 business days, please be patient". From Brian. I proceeded to contact FedEx who stated they had no record of a package being sent to my address and they asked if I had a tracking number. I requested a tracking number from lock and they stated they didn't have one that they use a third party to process requests.
On April 12, 2013 I sent lock an email and got a reply from Quinn. The email read " Our apologies for the delay however your check is enroute to my address. Please expect your check any day".
On April 15 I sent an email and got a response from Brian. This one said that "occasionally checks take a little longer. Please be assured that you'll be receiving your check in the coming days".
From April 15 to the present I have sent and received more than a dozen emails. They all say the same thing that it's been forwarded to the cashiers department. I have yet to receive and email from the cashiers department explaining what the problem is.
Today is June 8th and its been more than 6 months and still no check and still no explanation of what's going on. In addition to the check I have requested a cash out via western union for $2000 that was done on April 1, 2013. That transaction is still pending, WTF SHANE? Can you please talk to someone and get my money to me that Lock owes me? Thank you for your cooperation SHANE.

So apparently I've been put through their latest check batch and received an e-mail this past Friday (June 7th) in the early morning that my payout has been completed from my 01/06 WU request, stating that it will be sent via FedEx in 7-10 days.

I asked for a tracking number to anticipate the arrival, and was told that my inquiry was sent to the check processors to see if they can provide the tracking #. In other words, I'm assuming the answer is "No" that I will not be provided with a tracking #, especially not before the check were to actually arrive.

It's not that I'm saying they haven't actually sent the check this time, but after all that I've been through and the amount of different things I've heard, I think a tracking # isn't too much to ask for. It would verify and provide actual proof that it was sent, and I think at this point, it's something that Lock/JDB Services should definitely provide. I don't necessarily agree with the fact that I have to chase them down for a tracking # on something they claimed to have been sent out. If Lock can claim it's sent out, they can provide a tracking number as well, plain and simple. If you can't provide a tracking #, wouldn't it be safe to assume it's another delaying process?

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me continuously you shall not, because I just don't have any real reason to believe you anymore.

I hope for the best, but I'll believe it all when I see it, which I think at this point is fair. I'll post in broad daylight when I receive the $.

Just wanted to let you and everyone else on here know that I finally received my check this morning for $2475. The check was dated 6-7 so there were some obvious lies that took place but am very relieved it showed up. Hopefully everyone else's arrives today as well.

I just got my check for $2K via FedEx, while in the middle of posting how I think Shane does all that he can. I believe Shane tries to help us as 2+2 users, but when he isn't given any new information, he can't do anything but repeat what the Cashier Dept. says. He probably gets the run around from them the same way we do.

Basically just posting here and emailing support every couple days for the past month. IMO if I wasn't posting in here I don't think I would have ever received because 95% of my emails went unanswered. The support team does especially Quinn don't give 2 ****s about the people who play there. I was never compensated 1 penny and was still charged $25 for my withdrawal. I'm very very thankful to receive but have to remember how I was treated the last 6 months
