I've asked you for months to look into this shane and all I've gotten is I'll send this over to the cashier manager and then you never get back to me. How about getting me a trace as well or speaking to the CEO?

Actually, I'd prefer to see Shane post here very regularly with short-term status updates. He's now stated that he's approached the cashier for about five of you guys with unresolved cashouts from Oct-Dec (5-7 months ago). Let's hear what the cashier's answer is tomorrow, and get some updates this week.

Lock is such a joke, I am on Intertops and they pay within 2 weeks max. There is no reason Lock should be screwing their customers if they have the money. I wish you all the best of luck but seriously, stop playing here.

Shane - Why is it that Intertops can find ways to pay their US customers quickly and Lock cannot? Why cant Interops process some of Locks cashouts? Oh, becasue Lock doesnt have the money, duh.

I would be ashamed to work for such a crooked company. Karma will catch up with the thieves working for Lock.

Shane, it seems that you are helping people in various ways on here. I think it would benefit your credibility if you made it a point to post when you are successful in helping people. Often times people you help may just stop logging in because they have received their money. IMO you should be defending yourself with proof that your actually getting results for these cases that your chasing up.

requested mine in dec, said they shipped it about 3-4 weeks ago. still waiting. tbh not really expecting to get it. and if it does somehow come, I'm almost certain it'll bounce. lol lock.

I think they will as well. I'm just offering some advice to Shane to help his credibility. It seams that most 2p2r's in here don't have much faith in him getting results. I've seen him post about looking into these cases. I'm sure he has some success and if I was him I'd be making sure everyone on here knew about it.

I cant post personal information so its completely up to players if they post when they are helped.

We heard March, then May, honestly when are cashout times going to improve? Overlays on big tournaments are really hurting you guys, why play in a big tournament if it is going to take years to get paid? On the WU and check withdrawal forums, people haven't even updated in quite some time, about receiving money, you guys seem to be getting worse, not better.

Shane I really really hope that you can come through for all of us who have been waiting 5 plus months and we can finally get our money. I will be the most grateful person you've ever met. And I will definitely post any and all updates/when I actually receive a check.

Shane conveniently avoided the above question which is a valid one I would like to know the answer to this as well.

Correction: I DID receive the first check (in mid-January). I didn't check my records clearly enough.

Shane, when can we expect to see results of the traces on our checks? I know personally I would like to see this issue resolved ASAP as I've already waited 5 months for a check I was told I would be receiving in 6-8 weeks.

It generally takes a few days, the cashier team have told me we should have a result in the next 24-48 hours.
