I appreciate the effort, but I'd say I have reason to be frustrated and doubtful.

For now, I wait. Hope to have pickup information in 24 hours, but again... you can understand my doubt.

Absolutely, but after several conversations with all levels of management today Im as confident as I can be that they will deliver this time.

There's obviously something wrong with my cashout request if you read the posts from those threads. I'm not going to go mute and let it be shoved under the rug for another SIX months. Something got messed up and it was me staying on top of things, badgering, e-mailing, posting that helped expedite any kind of response/resolution.

Something obviously went wrong or got held up with this cashout, and I'm working on a resolution.

If everyone who Lock hasn't paid did that, it would make the entire forum unreadable, which I do care about.

And LOL Shane, THIS is something that causes you to get indignant? Do your damn job and quit nit picking ME for ****s sake.

I clicked the thread before I realized it was the same guy that had another complaint thread. And I'll do it for any individual customer who starts two separate threads about his (or her) unique situation, to help the forum mods keep this forum under control.

Again, I appreciate the effort and I'm crossing my fingers this comes to a resolution soon.

Look guys, I knew it would take over 3 months. I knew there was a possibility for 4 months. 5 months was annoying but I started seeing people get paid... there was hope! Now that we're about to hit 6 full months is when I went down this route.

I can only wonder where my cashout would be right now had I not posted here... had I not posted on Facebok... had I not kept e-mailing

I only said something because it was clear that the only reaction from him was going to be a bad one, and rather than just leave him be and have this thread and his other posts die down you riled him up and started a sideline argument about the validity of his posts and claims. So the same forum you hoped to clean up you actually cluttered more.

I didn't rile him up, I asked him to stop creating multiple new threads and let him know I reported this one for merger. That's not an insult, it's a mod letting a user know there's a potential issue.

I'll make you a deal, Shane. You actually do your job then you can critique how someone else does theirs, how about that?

Like you have even the faintest ****ing clue about creating bad reactions when your entire company can't manage to not piss off its customer base by having the worst ****ing customer service in the industry.

I'm willing to bet this would have "died down" as well had you not decided to stick your nose into my post to a user. Oh but wait I forgot, Lock people never actually admit blame. My bad. Carry on.

I had no problem with him creating this thread.

I'd just merge the 2 but the forum didnt want me to have mod powers, so if one of the other mods could do that it would be appreciated.

I really hope everyone here gets paid. My cashout was for only $500 and it took 6 months... so I can only imagine what some of you waiting for $2,000 feel like right now.

While I'm glad I finally got cash in hand, I am not going to sit here and praise Lock Poker. It took A LOT of effort to get any kind of real response after my 5 month mark hit. The automated messages, the transferring to cashier department who would only say "we're working hard and your payout should be processed soon" etc...

I think everyone on here should EXPECT at least a 3 month wait. It just makes me wonder for those of you with tens of thousands of dollars in your cashier. How on earth are you ever going to see all of that?

If you have $10,000 in there and it takes 6 months to cashout the $2k max per time... that's literally 2.5 years until you receive it all. Sigh

Well played Sir.!!! A few question and ideas for others:

1- Was your cashout "unusual" in any way? Shane seems to be claiming this is the issue affecting these long standing cashouts? Chip dump or p2p?

2- Do you think spamming the Lock Facebook page was an effective part of your strategy. Even though Lock can block your posts, you can set up gimmick accounts on Facebook and basically spam Lock on a daily basis. Do you think this got Shane's attention and helped expedite the matter? He referenced this in a post.

Shane, I emailed you a few times a couple of months ago. You at that time answered my emails saying I was on a priority list. I have sent you a few emails asking if my cashout was going to be processed and you stopped responding. I sent you a private message as well as numerous emails. Can you please help to get my cashout processed?
