Shane, can you PLEASE, PLEASE look into my cashout? I've been waiting since Feb. 1, and got the sender info almost 3 months ago, on Apr. 23. There is DEFINITELY something wrong with my cashout. The longest I heard it took to get the MTCN after the sender info was one month. I've just been getting the same cut-and-paste answers from the cashier team for the last 3 months. My wait time is going on almost 6 months now. PLEASE help me out here!

Trading works by you transferring Lock funds to another player and he pays you cash, either with a bank deposit or Greedot or something. It's basically instant.

There's a player-to-player transfer thread in the main forum,

Shane I have sent the cashier two emails over the past couple months about my check cash-out. I copied you in on both of them and have received no response from you. The cash-out is for $519.80 requested March 16.

Shane hasn't responded to any of my e-mails and I am left where I started. No cash, no update, no progress.

Shane sends e-mail promising me a check was sent out that day
5 days later, nothing and no update on the check

Post again on Lock Poker Facebook page regarding my cashout and broken promise
Shane e-mails me again promising it is getting resolved via WU TODAY
Blocks me from posting on Lock Poker Facebook

Ha... he thinks this is over? He's promised me funds TWICE now via e-mail. "I'm sending you the check now."

Crazy to see such bold lies like that.

Let's see how long this process repeats. February 1st is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for a cashout. (it's not even a big cashout... that's the sad part)

He blocks everyone from facebook regarding cashout comments, I have been blocked as well. I agree with a few of the others, there is a bigger issue then you here, quit being so da$$ selfish and whiny please. Your not the only one with a long overdue cashout, if your reading comprehension is adequate you can clearly see that there is a huge issue in this area.

Regardless, it does appear that sitting back and doing nothing just does not work. I can't find fault with someone who wants their money. If you have to be a pain in the a$$ and you reached your breaking point, you gotta due what you gotta do. If you are nice and polite you stay at the back of the line............

I promised you this would be resolved today, I was still working on ensuring this resolution happened for you today when you started spamming the Facebook page, since you made so many posts at the same time it was quicker to just ban the account.

I really do sympathise with you and I have been chasing this all day for you but spamming the facebook page just wastes both our time.

Pretty much ANY company no matter how good or how shady will always keep their facebook page clean of any negative feedback. It's common practice and not just Lock.

Sorry to hear though that you're waiting since Feb on your cashout. I'd suggest that you post it in the relevant cashout thread inc. amount etc.

Sure nutz will love to add you to his reports.

One qestion though. Did Shane really say "I'm sending you the check now."? I never heard/saw him saying that to anyone.

Yup... here are the e-mails and dates I got from Shane. It's the broken promises that's irritating me and making me bitch. Well, that AND the February 1 wait time. You can't just tell me a check was sent out to me "NOW" and then 9 days go by with me constantly e-mailing and trying to get an update. And now here comes another promise that it will be resolved in 24 hours... Why should I believe it? He already lied once.

July 17:
"Hey XXX,

They said they will send the check out to you now.

The funds have already been taken by the processor but we are willing to take the loss for now because it is taking to long.

We will try and recoup the funds but if its complete via WU as well we will have to deduct that from your balance.

I hope that helps, let me know if you have any other questions."



July 25, 8 DAYS after saying he sent a check out
Hey XXX,

I spoke to the cashier manager earlier and they said they had still been trying to get it through to you via WU this week and it hasnt worked.

They have promised me they will resolve this today either with WU or switching it to a check.

As soon as I hear back which option it is I will let you know.

From speaking to the cashier manager about this timeline as you can see on that first email in the list the funds were already with the processor and we were trying to recover them to reprocess this for you. The processor then kept dragging it along promising to just push it through which of course would be the easiest solution.

This process has been terminated today and it has been reprocessed through a new processor for you.
