I made a withdrawl request on September 30, 2012 for $3,000 after winning the nightly High Rollers tourney. It is now been over 14 weeks and I have not been received a check as promised. First I was told that a courier check would take 4-6 weeks, then they siad 6-8 weeks and then 8-10 weeks each time the check didn't come as promised. Then I was told it was enroute and would be here in 7-14 days business days. When the 14 business days expired on December 20, 2012, I was told end of the next week. Now it is still not here as promised and Lock support has not responded to my last 3 e-mails. Saratogajh, J Higgins.
