**Revolution Tournament Improvement Thread**

This type of thread was very successful in the Carbon forum. Granted, they have reps over there that respond much more frequently and passed ideas along. I'm hopeful this can be stickied and we can have the same type of impact that thread had in getting tournaments added, stuctures changed, and guarantees raised. I'm hopeful Shane can monitor this thread and pass along our ideas and ask for input on a regular basis.

I'll start. Please change the rebuy structures. Starting them at 25/50 is absurd. Larger addons would be appreciated too. Also run more satellites to the daily $109 and $215. When I open the lobby for the $109 7.5Kt tonight, I see no satellites for this event in the lobby. I see one for the $215 15K. That's absurd. Give us some cubed tournaments. There are none during the day that I've seen. Lastly, more freezeouts with decent guarantees would be nice. Almost everything on the schedule is a rebuy or turbo deepstack. I think everyone would appreciate some mid-stake MTTs ($11-$33) with decent guarantees.

Re: **Revolution Tournament Improvement Thread**

I'd like to see a larger gtd 11 or 22 be run during the week. Similar to the 11 on Sunday afternoon, but make it one of the weekday's main event. Something like a 10k 22 on Friday night or something.

Please implement some new mid-stakes guaranteed tournaments during the low traffic hours.

There is curently absolutely nothing to play for about 4.5 hours over 11$! What a f*ing joke this is.

Re: **Revolution Tournament Improvement Thread**

Your site would benefit greatly from a more expanded Omaha8 tourney schedule with low-stakes buy-ins. players would fill them up a lot more than they would the hundreth Hold 'em tourney in a given hour.

Also, mix-game tourneys would be great at lower buy ins. Especially horse, but also look into stud mix, omaha/8 mix and even 7game and 8game is extremely popular in the poker community right now.

And believe me, players would sign up for it; I'd be right there leading the pack.

Sincerely,
your loyal low-stakes grinder.

MUST CHANGE REBUY STRUCTURE. 10 mins before the add-on break and a double rebuy is less than 10 bbs...lol

Returning to the structures they had before lock came over would be an upgrade.
To make it easy just apply deepstack structure to all GTD tournaments over $55.

not sure if this is mac only, but get rid of the take my seat button before the first hand of a tournament. If you're multitabling it can easily cause you to sit out some hands

Definitely agree on rebuy structure, but this is particularly acute with turbo rebuys. Adding just a few more levels would make these much more palatable.

Id also like to see an expanded Omaha and Omaha8 schedule, and for the existing tournaments to expand their guarantees on Sunday.

Re: **Revolution Tournament Improvement Thread**

I understand the low buy in tourny's starting w/2k chips but can we at least have the Sunday $10 10k gtd starting with 3k chips (or more) and maybe even the everyday $10 2k gtd that starts 8pm starting w/3k chips?

Pretty sure the $10 Sunday 10k plays with a worse structure than random other daily tournaments.

The high roller absolutely needs to be more than a 3k starting stack.

Re: **Revolution Tournament Improvement Thread**

Have more deepstacked tournaments. The way tournaments are structured right now 80% of the field gets short stacked once the blinds reach 75/150 level.

Also, the time given for each player to act preflop( 70 seconds) is way too much. From what I have experienced, many players seem to take a long time to act and with blinds increasing every 12 minutes this a big disadvantage. I played the 5K GTD rebuy yesterday and after 1.5 hrs of play saw 42 hands. Due to this I feel that the variance level involved exponentially increases. Please address this issue.

I actually do a large part of the tournament schedule, which is part of the reason I've been less active over here (been SUPER busy between WSOP and this stuff).

I'll address a few points here:

1) rebuy structures - yes I started them at 25/50, but I also added a 30/60 and 40/80 level. basically I removed two early levels and added to middle levels. This change was based on a lot of the feedback I received from both players and pros.

2) Satellites - can you give me some times and types of satellites you would like to see? I def want to add more satellites to these tournaments, but I'm still feeling out what players like the most/are the most successful, so any feedback I would consider very helpful.

3) can you give me some specific suggestions for times/buy ins etc you'd like to see. I'm happy to add more tournaments, although obviously if they're not successful I'll have to change/remove them.
