+1 to others asking for 6max mtt's.

Can we please have tournament tickets available to use in any tournament we please. The current 100K GTD satellites are terrible. If I wanted to sat in to the 10K $109 buyin MTT I can sat in at a much better structured Sat tournament. ($6rebuy with 10 min levels) Much better then the short stack turbos you have going on for the 100k Satellites.

Also it says I have 4 tournament tickets currently available in a little bubble when I log on but I have no way of looking up which tickets I have.

If you click "my tournaments" it should show which tournaments you have tickets for.

I haven't looked at the rest of the schedule, but there's a start
Does anyone have a weekly breakdown of LOCK MTTs? I checked the other thread and bumped it, but no response. I assume it's not the same as the one posted a while back, so if anyone has it please post it.

Edit: Meh this will work, grabbed the MTT lineup (day by day) off Intertops website. Might join this skin as well, hear cashouts are quick, buddy of mine plays on there and has no issues.

one improvement might be to have the lobby information current with real time play
12-11-2012 , 10:01 PM
less donks who suck out on ppl who actually take time to play and learn. thats my suggestion

Could add a bunch of Hyper Turbos MTT with/without a gurantee to mtt daily schedule.

Also in SNGs could you get rid of coinflips, dont think anyone but degens play them.

Just add 6.5$ Hyper Turbos 2/3 tables they would fill.

Can we get some of the 45 man and 18 man sngs into the tournament lobby to try and get some more traffic in those? at least on sundays?

+1, would def add more traffic back to them which they need

More guarantees for the small-mid MTTs, these things always fill if you put one on and you could run more

What happened to that Rizen guy

was curious why they don't add more volume another 2 mtts/hour even and they would easily fill especially 10s-30s

Top left in client "my tournament"...click it. Would also rather get T$'s that could be used in any tournament.
01-13-2013 , 04:43 PM
Yeah, it would be nice to get T$ even if they're not convertible to cash. I won a seat in the 100k today & would probably enjoy playing 10 $10 tourneys more cause of the amount of play i'd get (10 times as much, obviously.) Heck, wish I could sell $25 bucks of it to someone, lol.

I've tried

Some observations re: Revolution tourneys, which may be minor for others but I'll throw them out there:

1) At the moment, many of your Event finals are at the same basic time on Sunday late afternoon. So if I win a seat in the Irish Open Final/qualifier and the 70K or the 100K then my Sunday afternoon becomes really insane with tourneys starting at 4 and 5 PM (Eastern US.) I've tried playing all at once, which is not profitable or enjoyable. So because of this overlap, I've ended stockpiled up with a slew of tickets because of RL taking a Sunday afternoon or b/c I don't want to be in 2-3 huge MTTs at once. Perhaps for some this is great. For me, not so much, and I'd imagine for new players not so much.

Currently the sadly ignored Irish Open is coming to a close, and Day 1A of the ISPT is beginning. This has me ignoring several tickets that sit in my "box" and wait for me to play them -- assuming I remember to unregister myself immediately after I win a seat. This last bit isn't YOUR problem, but it's also a busy time right now in AC with winter tours taking place heavily throughout January and Feb.

I realize this is probably my problem in that I like to play many quick step SNGs during the week and work my way into MTTs beyond my (cash play) bankroll, but I like step SNGs and tournaments and I adore SNGs b/c they "fit" into my schedule. The issue is that while they are diverse through the week - they all land at the same time and place on Sunday.

The ISPT looks really interesting, but again - 4 PM Sunday final that's listed thus far. That will mean I won't sign up for other tourneys that feed into the other MTTs as much, I'd guess. (more on why that matters in a minute.)

Perhaps just a bit more of a stagger in the start times - starting earlier on Sunday and ending later may fix that. Just something so you don't end up with 4 big event finals falling in the same two hour span.

2) I strongly support fixing the satellite and links to "ticket" wins - fairly consistently the links just don't find the actual tourney and/or all satellites aren't listed if you go to the final to find them. I see the "unable to locate..." screen far more than anyone should.

It's just plain hard to find the structure of some of the steps b/c the links don't work and it's hard to figure out if something has been cancelled b/c of lack of response or if you just aren't looking in the right spot. I would imagine for very new players this keeps them away from the tourneys, which brings me to the final issue:

3) The Irish Open has had horrible response from the players. As have the cash game events you have running now -- empty tables abound. Cancelled satellites and steps. I want to play in Happy Hour rooms or play in an Irish Open tourney, so I sign up and basically sit in limbo wondering if enough others will join me. If it takes 4 hours to get 6 people into a $27/2(?) 6-seater, there is a problem. The only things that are full are the freerolls and the big events that have feeders.

I would imagine some of it is pure confusion about finding the proper place to play steps/satellites and work your way up b/c of broken links or just having things listed only in one spot.

Many won't want to pay to \play a satellite into an "unknown" tourney. If I can't see what I'm winning my way into, I probably won't sign up for it. This is horrible for bringing new players into the tournament structures and leaves you with loads of cancelled and empty tournaments.

Cancelled events also don't make newbies want to sign up.

I think a bit more information on the events - much like the web pages that sometimes exist to explain to new players and old alike what they are getting from playing in those rooms/tourneys, and perhaps more promotion for things that are really failing to pull people in. A big old easy to read page for new players would be SO helpful in tournaments and special events!

Finally, something that has already been noted, but deserves revisiting: the "Take my seat" button for tourneys is awful. Just throw us into the seat and if we aren't there to play, that can be dealt with in time-outs. It's very easy to miss early rounds of play in tourneys b/c of that button.

I hope this helps - Tourneys are great fun and shouldn't be so hard to figure out or try to work into a schedule.

Thanks - E
