I wish that they would've had Ronin another month because I haven't been playing much since the switch to Revolution. I've been waiting for them to fix all the bugs. It would be nice if they could have Ronin again once they fixed everything.

Holy F. What kind of stakes/tables/hrs are you playing just to get an idea of what it takes?

I am now correct on my Ronin payments as well. Looks like they are catching up on this stuff.

Just to let everyone know...again. Lock did Ronin for several months in a row before Merge made them shut it down. They never announced, "hey, we will be running this for the next 5 months" or anything like that. They just kept bringing it back month after month (presumably after evaluating how the promo was received and making sure it was going well).

If the promo/rake-race is succeeding then it is likely to be a promo worth continuing. Especially given the problems they had this month, it seems pretty obvious they will want to be running it again.

Re: The return of Ronin! 1 million in cash prizes!

Pretty sure they are not still doing Lock Lotto, right? It is still listed on their website but it only says "March, April and May." And it looks like there have been no winners in June. So I'm assuming that means it has been cancelled.

If so, then it would be responsible to remove that promo from the website.

As well as any other promos that are no longer valid. For example, I have no idea if there is a bonus for receiving a Royal or not.

Need to do a better job of keeping the website current. This has been an issue for awhile. I understand you have other things on your plate too. But people actually DO look to the website for information. And it doesn't take THAT long for somebody to stay on top of it. I am responsible for an entire website for the company I work for and I too tend to updates slide a little bit when I don't have time to get to them. But I'm talking usually 1 or 2 days here....and this never is an issue that could mean hundreds or thousands of dollars to an individual customer.

This is part of where that whole Casino-Bonus mess happened; "Oh yeah, we changed the terms of the bonus, you can't cashout your original amount at all....we just never told anyone on our website or 2+2. Thanks for playing at Lock!"

I was told they were going to be doing Lotto this month but that could've changed.

Re: The return of Ronin! 1 million in cash prizes!

The ronin payments can be seen in cashier under "history" or something like that.

Everything else appears in the vault under transactions. But the rake-race things are in cashier for some reason. Seems odd.

I can see the transfers, just wondering how you guys know they are caught up. Can you see your monthly point total somewhere like you could on the old software?

You can see your point total in the vault under points redemption, though not your specific monthly totals or anything like that. Hopefully in the next 36 or so hours the player admin will be fully up and running and we'll be able to better see everything we're all hoping to see.
