It's getting quite annoying when playing on cake poker to have a GTD tournament pop up notification. I cannot continue playing my other games until i close the pop up. Support has said they cannot do anything to stop it as it comes up for everyone with no option to turn them off. Anybody else annoyed by this? Can anyone here from revolution network do anything?

They'll probably just defer it and blame it on the "Network."

It's really annoying though I 100% agree.

it is actually the network and there has been a thread about this in the past. Them network guys even use the wrong pop-up type (according to Shane) since the one that is meant to be used allows tournament registration from the pop-up and at the same time isn't meant to freeze up your table.

But same as the auto-updater Bahnjib hasn't been able to fix that part of the code yet so they spam you with the useless one

K and were suppose to believe they have no way of fixing it? To bad the revolution network is the only smart place to play on for casual money

I'm pretty sure that the notifier / pop-up Shane mentioned could be fixed same as the long going problem with the auto-updater. I'm also pretty sure that the dev team ( or Bahnjib) would fix it just not sure if they have a bug tracker or if Bahnjib has been ever told about either one of the issues

These pop ups are just redic

I kept getting an error when i was closing them today and would have to reload the software. Happened at least 3 times

Yeah it probably is the network. There is a huge disconnect and finger pointing contest between every skin on the network and all the crap the network does (or doesn't do). It's nothing new and it'll continue going on. I think we have 363 days until the next guaranteed interruption? That is, if the network lasts that long.

I think you only have till October 27th, 3am till the next downtime. At least that's the date daylight saving time changes over here
