i just talked to shane about it, I had a depoist bonus carrying over from merge also, he's not even sure whats going on and has contacted the ceo about it for my account, ill let u know what he tells me.

Ok, the bonuses tab has finally shown up. Except that my LOCK150 bonus isn't there!! ?? The LOCK150 bonus was obtained while on Merge.

My bonus doesn't appear either. Looks like they are still working. At least they are making progress with all this stuff.

anyone else finding the vip program pretty lol between blackvip and blackelite vip?

5 times the vip point requirement but the reward jump is 10 perc just like it was between silver and black (2 x vip point requirement)

am i missing something? or is there like a typo to the points to cash conversion on the website or something.

No, those numbers are correct. The truly lol thing is that I have earned well over 50,000 VIP points this month, but I am still receiving blackvip payments of 35%. Having earned over 80,000 points this month, Lock owes me 10% more cashback for my last ~30,000 vip points.

It took me 13 days to accumulate 70+ points, I don't play high stakes or long hours. I was surprised to have cleared that level, even though they are 400 prizes for that. I figured I had no shot to reach that level. There must not be a lot of high stakes players at Lock.

I am a new customer to lockpoker since 6th june and I am not receiving any rakeback so far. I've contacted support twice but got no response. I am receiving both the ronin rake chase and the deposit bonus money. What can I do?

Does anyone know if you can do the $4000 deposit multiple times? i'm pretty sure that is what they said I don't know if it changed and are they doing a new Ronin in July? I don't know if you can do multiple deposits to get the $4000 bonus or if you can do it as many times as u want.

Do rakeback vs VIP players earn points at the same rate. On merge it used to be that VIP players earned 10pts / $ and rakeback earned like 6 or 7 pts / $. Is it still true that earn rates are different for vip vs rakeback or does everybody earn points at the same rate.

If we don't earn at same rate then rakeback players are at a huge disadvantage for Ronin.

I was VIP on merge but when it switched to revolution I was switched to Rakeback for some reason. I would like to know how both compare before I request to switch back.

Just a heads up, some affiliates have been lying to people about deals that aren't possible in hopes of stealing your business -- already had plenty of players stolen from me, be careful.
