I am having some huge difficulties with the lock poker room.

I made a deposit because I heard about the bonus offer and asked about rakeback. You guys told me I would be getting rakeback.

I played for a few days straight and was about even. The final day I went to register for a bunch of games and the client would freeze each time. It was only the client that would freeze and it was the type of freeze that I would have restart my comp just for the software. By the time I got it working an hour had gone by and I didn't get to play a hand,all games had ended.

I never recieved any rakeback or bonus money..

I WOULD REALLY LIKE A REFUND PLEASE

Ledger only has 1 Ronin payment for me and zero rakeback payments. I'm fairly sure I'm getting rakeback payments but have no idea when or how much.

When will I be able to access my vault if I'm a rakeback players? I've currently raked $850 this month.

Is there going to be a Ronin leaderboard so players can see how many people have completed each level?

What about bonus and/or VIP points earned? I don't see any Ronin or bonus clearing, but under the new system I have no idea how many VIP points I have earned or should have earned. Under the old one, I could calculate it easily from rakeback.

I don't have anything there. I never signed up for rakeback because I'm lazy so I should be getting cashback in my vault, right? I don't see that either. I don't have any Ronin payments although I should be way past the first few levels in terms of what I have raked.

(rake*avg # of players) stat in HEM should be pretty close to your FPP's earned.

The actual amount is also visible in your Vault if you go to "points redemption"

I have not gotten any rakeback payments at all. It's been 6 days since I emailed her and 5 days since she got back and said setting it up today as you can see. Please help I deposited money thinking I would be getting rakeback but obviously I am not for some reason. Waiting until it is confirmed that I have rackback to deposit or play anymore.

To anyone who has emailed Emily or someone else at Lock about Rake back and still isn't getting it, just be patient or maybe try emailing again in a few days.

I did the same thing, Emily seemed very polite, and I am finally getting rake back (including for the days I was waiting to here back). Before getting rake back again, I received one 'white VIP' cashback(?) payment in my vault, though I didn't have one prior to this because I play micro stakes. In regards to RB, etc, I think (or hope) that everyone will be compensated for the days they haven't been receiving any like I was

For MAC users who can't access the admin page: Click admin in lock software, If this takes you to a blank page, delete everything from that link except 'https://admin.lockpoker.eu'. You should be able to see your vault/ sharkscope now. You can probably just enter 'https://admin.lockpoker.eu' and enter your password, but this wasn't working for me.

Additionally, my history section in the cashier was messed up until today, so hopefully it is showing up for other MAC users too.

In regards to coupons being converted... saw in another thread that they are still going to be converted. Sorry I'm not quoting, but too many pages in the other threads to go back through...

This seems to be the issue that could affect players the most. Lots of people seem to be freezing up and getting sat out during cash games and tourneys.

Are you on a Mac? I am. It has happened to me, and I am figuring that it is this weak, converted software that is causing it. If I was playing for higher stakes, I would be scared of losing a lot from the computer freezes/ software glitches.

I am confident that people will get their lost RB/ bonuses/ points, etc, but renumeration for freeze ups seems unlikely. Thankfully, it has only happened to me twice in important situations, but it was painful.

MY ADVICE: Don't click on the cashier or admin tabs while you are playing. If I open these, I have been restarting the software before I sit back down at the tables. Not sure if there is a connection, but I felt like it was happening to me more after I clicked these tabs more.

Additionally, if you sleep your comp with software open, restart it when you wake your comp up before playing.

I also try to keep my time bank high in case you freeze (for me, I just have to close & open the software to get back in the game, which I can usually do in under a minute. If you have to restart your comp, then you may be out of luck/ sat out).

Lastly, if you are freezing up, don't raise, etc and leave just a few chips in your stack. I hate to change my game because of this issue, but there have been a few cases where I have gone all in for a little more than I might normally raise because I fear losing the hand because of a freeze up.
